studio spacious bright calm balcony

My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Central Studio in Berlin Friedrichshain

The 50-sqm studio is well equipped and divided into hallway, bathroom and a very spacious living, sleeping and kitchen area. The location is central, but still very quiet, overlooking the large courtyard. Highlight of the apartment is the large and inviting terrace to relax. To discover Berlin, you are in a few minutes on foot in one of the most famous Berlin nightlife districts (Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg) and quickly by subway and S-Bahn at all other Berlin sights.

The 82sqm apartment is located in a quiet side street and yet in the middle of the lively Akazienkiez. Countless playgrounds, nice restaurants, bars, fashion shops, galleries, organic shops, toy shops, bookstores and bakers are all right in the neighborhood. Cozy 1 room apartment in the backyard with kitchen-living room and bathroom. View to the Hofgarten. Centrally on the Schäfersee, 2 min walk to the U8 Bahn Franz-Neumann-Platz. 10 min to Alexanderplatz and Mitte and 15 min to Kreuzberg by train. Very good connection by bus 128 to Tegel airport, especially good as Easyjet now also lands in Tegel and takes off :-)
