Great stay at Arnaud's - went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable since we travelled with a baby and communication was great over the course of the stay.

Juliette was very helpful and a pleasure to meet. She responded very quickly to any queries and was very helpful throught our stay. Juliette was easy to contact if needed. Apartment was spotless and location very good to access all the places we wanted to visited. Also very close to Metro which was a massive plus.Thank you.

Juan was exceptionally easy to communicate with and he initiated information regularly. I appreciated how quickly I heard back any time I had a question. The apartment was as pictured and described. It was clean and well appointed. The location couldn't have been any better. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Cozy, homey, well equipped apartment in great location. Beds were comfortable. Spacious in my opinion for a Parisian apartment. We cooked a few meals at home and really enjoyed living the lifestyle. Rue Cler is just steps away and has all you need for restaurants, shops, etc...Great neighborhood and was quiet at night. I would love to return.

We stayed at Charles’ place for the Olympics and was a great decision! The apartment is close to all attractions and venues in Paris and is only 5 minutes away from a train station that gets you right into central Paris!! The apartment had all amenities for our stay and felt right at home. The local area also has nice restaurants and pubs. Charles was always very responsive and he also arranged for me a flexible checkout time!!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in a cosy place in Paris!!!!

The place was very easy to find and rod was extremely responsive and helpful. The area is super cute, with many cafes and shops nearby. The apartment was done up well. The only issue I faced was with the bathroom specifically the shower area which had some stains and maybe what looked like mould. But that was my only negative. Apart from that it was a lovely stay, all the amenities were there as listed in the description. All the appliances were tucked away neatly.

We loved our stay at Adrienne’s place. It is their home so is completely in the spirit or Airbnb and it has the character that comes with staying in someone’s home. We were 6 people there over New Years with our adult children and their partners, and the comfortable living room was fantastic for hanging out and visiting. The bathrooms and kitchen are modern and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of dishes, glasses and cutlery. The entire apartment was very quiet, as it is in a back courtyard. Adrienne left us Nescafé pods, bread and spreads for breakfast (although we went to a nearby boulangerie everyday for pastries) and a bottle of wine that we had for our New Years dinner. She was very responsive and friendly. The location is a lovely residential neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby are we were able to take the metro everywhere. I highly recommend Adrienne’s place!

The house is totally discriminatory. I totally recommend it, clean, airy and bright. Close to public transport and easily reachable without forgetting the big plus, the 2 parking spaces.

The house was very nice and the hosts are very friendly. 10min walk to the metro station, easy to reach the city center.

We spent 4 days in Patrick's home with our 2 children (3 years and 6 months), first of all the house is super well equipped with everything available even for children, the house was super convenient, moreover with a large class for the car and even for the little dog! The location of the house is great with very quick access to shops or restaurants nearby on a very quiet street. Patrick the host is great, very friendly and very human, since I did Airbnb this is the first time I met a host as well. Unfortunately in the stay the TV stopped working and Patrick was bought another to change it within an hour. Very good host, I would come back, and I highly recommend it.

We loved staying at the apartment. Aurelie is a great host and was always helpful when we had questions. The place is charming and cozy, and the shower is perfect, especially after a day of walking around Paris. There is a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden at the back of the building, which is quiet and safe. The location is excellent, with metro and bus lines nearby and services such as restaurants and markets. Aurelie also provides a list of good places to eat and drink. We highly recommend this apartment.

A spacious apartment in a fairly peaceful area. It was very nice to hear birds chirping in the morning :) The other occupants of the building were polite and quiet. A short walk to the Le Guichet train station and a 40-min journey to the center of Paris. Could have been a little cleaner but nothing major. Kathalyn and Romuald were helpful and quick to respond. A short walk to the edge of Orsay which has everything you could need. I highly recommend the Paris Panem bakery in town which has amazing pastries. A minor aside unrelated to the apartment -- I would not recommend the closest Franprix grocery store near the Domino's Pizza as some employees intentionally try to scam you by scanning certain items twice (check the Google reviews!). This is no reflection on the apartment, but I want to let my fellow travelers know!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the location was perfect for those who enjoy walking—everything was within easy reach. The amenities were well-stocked, and the decor was simply breathtaking, making the space feel warm and inviting. The host was responsive (although with a slight delay), but their helpfulness and clear instructions made everything seamless. A standout feature was the option to store luggage before check-in and after checkout, which added so much convenience to our trip. The apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend staying here, but future guests might want to bring extra towels and slippers for added comfort. Thank you for a wonderful experience I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic place that was very well centralized. The host was fantastic. He gave us incredibly clear instructions and was readily available. The apartment itself gave very cute Amelie vibes. I would just caution anyone with a physical disability in that the apartment is on the third floor with these narrow stairs that is easy to navigate if you are able-bodied. Additionally to get into the tub you need to climb in and out, which may be tricky for someone with a disability. That being said my 85-year-old mother did not have any issues. The apartment was wonderful.

Very well located apartment, 10 minutes walk from the RER station, 10 minutes by car from the FMSD training center, shops nearby, private and closed parking, the apartment complies with the photos, well equipped, just a few elements that have lived... the hosts are friendly and responsive.
