Amazing home and location for a 4-generation family girls’ weekend! The home is spotless, inviting, and has room for everyone. The view is beautiful. The beds are huge and super comfy. A warm winter walk on the beach was a highlight. The kids enjoyed the game room. I loved the kitchen - everything we needed to prepare all the meals. Will definitely keep this gem in mind for future family time. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Gregory's place, it was exactly as described. Plenty of space for 5 of us, very clean, and in a quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to Portland to do all the things we wanted. Greg was very quick to respond to any questions we had and would definitely stay there again. My only complaint is that a cold January week in Maine was colder than Colorado ha-ha, but we were there for our Grand Daughters first birthday, so our time wasn't very flexible.

My family and I love Sandy’s place. Lots of room, so comfortable and very clean! Sandy is so easy to communicate with and is always quick to reply! Close to the beach to take the dogs for a run in the winter months, close to town for restaurants, bowling, shopping. And just a great place to hang out, watch football, play games, or make pizza in the wood fired pizza oven! This is our second stay and we’ll be back.

Great house and great location. It's a bit remote, but still minutes driving from many locations, so if you're looking for some privacy, but also accessibility - it's perfect choice. Well equipped inside, spacious, great kitchen, large backyard, spacious parking, friendly and responsive hosts. Definitely recommend for White Mountains getaways.

The house is lovely and, if it’s not new, it sure feels that way. In a very quiet area with tons of outdoor space yet just a mile or two from more main roads. Had a lovely white Christmas/Hanukkah with fresh snow on the 24th. Diana was a great host, always answering questions promptly and rolling with some last minute travel issues. Would love to stay here in warmer months to take advantage of the outdoors and the lovely sun porch.

This house is everything and more. Amazing location, plenty of room, comfortable and clean. We had a blast. Close walk to town and beach. Aaron had plenty of beach chairs and a beach carrier for all your stuff. Plenty of space to park, grill, AC in all rooms. Was fantastic. Can’t wait to be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family time together. The space was big, beautiful and clean. We had everything we needed at our fingertips. The home had enough space for the entire family to comfortably spread out across the many bedrooms and easily come together as well. It was overall just a perfect stay!

Paula was a great host, loved the amount of space to accommodate 6 adults, 2 toddlers, an infant and 11 y.o. and a tiny puppy w/o having to worry about alot of over the top expensive "things" that could be broken so we actually got to relax. spacious, homey. 10 mins from king Pine Ski. Kids loved the toys and character sheets, plenty of bathrooms. very attentive.
