Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sayulita

Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

Great villa in a fantastic location in town. Very lively area so can be a bit noisy but nothing like downtown, which has a lot of club party noise. This was perfect for my partner and our town kids. Everything was walkable. Great restaurants, bars, night life near by. Close to the quieter north beach, while center of town is two blocks away. Recommend!

This house is a hidden gem!! My entire family had a wonderful time staying at Jeffry's house. From fresh coconut water to having everything we needed; we'll be happy to book again.

We loved staying at Homero’s home. It is beautifully designed and decorated. It is well stocked with nice linens. The location is perfect… Just outside of the main part of town which can be very noisy at night but easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. Homero was very kind and responsive and even helped us secure a golf cart. The pool is lovely as well. The home has everything you need to have a relaxing and peaceful vacation.

Lorena was our contact. She was very good about texting back-and-forth and when we needed something, she was quite responsive. Once we got through any language barriers it worked seamlessly. She and her daughter came one afternoon and prepared a multicourse marvelous meal for our family of 12. They were delightful and so pleasant. We loved them both.

Casa Norte was a perfect setting for our large group. The enclosed courtyard and pool were perfect for the kids and the large bedrooms (many with en suites) were roomy and clean. Pool maintenance and house cleaning services were a bonus given our weeklong stay. Located just on the edge of town, it offered easy walking to restaurants,shops, and the beach with little nuisance from the lively Sayulita evenings.

Probably one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at! Combination of gorgeous accommodation with thoughtful layout and fully stocked with all we needed, spacious, and close proximity walking to the main square. It was quiet at night and peaceful in the mornings. Perhaps what stood out the most about the place was how incredibly accommodating Nikolai and Karolina were during and before we arrived. They provided us with tons of recommendations, beach chairs and umbrellas for the week, and cleaning of the place during our stay. We felt so at home and comfortable. We cannot wait to come back! This was a truly enchanting place to call home for 10 days. The private courtyard and pool made for an idyllic and relaxing retreat. Our 7-year old delighted in splashing around and cooling off in the refreshing water. Not only does the casita embody the romanticism of traditional Spanish architecture, but it is located only a few blocks from an authentic Parisian bakery, Casa Tropical (restaurant with live music most nights), a gorgeous beach, and the lively town square. We were lucky to have timed our visit to engage with the Dia de los Muertos festivities and release some baby Olive Ridley sea turtles during our visit. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This apartment is spectacular for families with children. The king room is cozy and the two pull out beds in the living room were great. It truly felt like a home every time we returned from our adventure. We walked along the marina to the beach everyday. Jose Luis and James (the front desk guys) were always SO pleasant and helpful. I cant say enough good things about this place and the surrounding area. Amazing restaurants only steps away and Vallarta Adventures is literally around the corner and they allowed us to watch the dolphins and sea lions FOR FREE. Thank you David for such a great experience

Wow, what a beautiful trip to Sayulita! Made even better with this awesome hidden gem! Not only was the location great, but the plunge pool was an incredible plus. We’ve been to Mexico quite a few times and always look for a place with a plunge pool and this one was 10/10! Clean, perfect temp, great setting. The location was so close to everything. Two blocks from the beach, and within a 10 minute walk to at least 25 restaurants and bars. It felt extremely safe and was easy to get in and out of! The directions/map in Mexico is always a little difficult to read, but once you figure out the street names, you’re set! It’s right across from the Iguana Tree! Also such a cool thing to see! Make sure to check it out! Another plus, water pressure! A wonderful cleaning lady (make sure to tip her!), and a great A/C in the bedroom! All around this place was perfect! Be prepared for cobblestone roads with your suitcases, but also be ready for the most amazing vacation! Sayulita was 10/10!

We loved our stay here! The area is very tranquil, yet close to town. The weather during our stay was quite cool for PV but the pool here was super warm. All in all it’s a lovely place to spend a vacation. We would definitely return.

We stayed 2 nights. This place is great for a short stay. Walkable from the sea and away from the wildest part of town. We appreciated he a/c and ceiling fans and were glad there was coffee available for our mornings. Communication was excellent when we had hot water issues in the shower. I expect this was addressed right away as everything else worked perfectly. There are steep steps to the apartments. It is a can be bit loud in the neighborhood with traffic and music and there is no way to shut windows tight and block the noise. There was a big family party in the street the Saturday night we stayed but Sunday night was much quieter. We would have liked to have more blankets and towels. Overall we felt this was a very good place to stay in PV.

Very comfortable, with a location very close to almost everything

Loved the unit. Normally I go for a higher level with an ocean view but I have got to say it was absolute perfection to stay on the ground level. Super easy access to pools and palapa and no need to negotiate elevators if we needed to pop into the unit. Comfortable beds, a lovely ground floor garden view, plus we really enjoyed the large patio. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

The apartment is very cute , comfortable and cozy. The common areas (pool, jacuzzi, terrace) are very pleasant and enjoyable. It has a privileged view of the sea and a great location as it is close to the boardwalk, marina , restaurants , cafes. Tanya was a very good host since she was clear, practical and very attentive. We would definitely go back to such a beautiful place.

The location is slightly north of the the main town, but its a lovey stroll down the road or beach! There is some noise from the highway and construction fairly close but we didn't find it unreasonably loud.

We had a wonderful time at Lupita’s place with our 2 boys. The condo is well stocked with towels and kitchen items and we had plenty of room to spread out. Lupita is a wonderful and kind host and was always one step ahead with communication. The condo is quiet and the pool is large and made for a relaxing time. What makes this unit stand out is the access to Vidanta. It is a standout resort with amazing amenities. Getting there takes some patience and learning while you transfer golf carts. The pools at the Grand Mayan have something for everyone and you can easily spend an entire day pool side with activities and relaxation. Highly recommend walking to the beach for sunset, and crepes at the Mayan palace. We found it necessary to stock up on groceries as restaurants and stores are a bit of a hike from this unit. We were able to easily take cabs or Uber when we needed. We are leaving relaxed and grateful for the Mexican hospitality. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Great stay at Delcanto for a family vacation (2 adults, 3 teens). The condo is in good condition, well furnished, has beautiful views (we were able to see whales and dolphins from the balcony, bring a binocular if you have one) and a good layout (comfortable stay for 5 people). Kitchen is well equipped (high-end gas stove was nice) and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are somewhat dated but large and functional. Delcanto is a quiet property with beautiful grounds, nice infinity pools and an easy beach access. The beach is sandy (no rocks unlike other beaches in the area), has a lot of chairs and umbrellas and property staff are friendly and helpful. Great communication, local activities and restaurants recommendations from Paul and Mariana. No crowds, noise or timeshare pitches - a peaceful paradise. We rented a car so getting to places and buying groceries was easy, otherwise would need to cab everywhere (there aren’t many things walking distance). Would definitely stay again

We had an amazing stay at Todd's place! Everything was exactly as advertised. The rooftop pool was a highlight—we used it every day and barely felt the need to hit the beach. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of a walkable area filled with fantastic restaurants and galleries. Despite being on the second floor and surrounded by the buzz of 24/7 parties, the condo was impressively quiet and peaceful. We loved every minute and would absolutely stay here again!

Place was exactly as described in ad. Ozkan was very committed to us throughout our stay and offered any assistance we needed. It is located in the heart of the night scene, so walking everywhere was a breeze. Kitchen well equipped if you want to prepare something, but many restaurants close by if you don’t. Property is pristine clean. I would definitely stay here again if we make a return trip.

Nice apartment on the beach, very well equipped with a very nice decor, close to restaurants and supermarkets. Highly recommended.
