A spacious glazed balcony opens to an unobstructed lake landscape towards the city center. Beach. Dedicated parking spot next to the lower door. The area has beautiful and diverse jogging terrains and a disc golf course. The apartment is fully equipped (extensive dishes, appliances, sleeping places for four, 65” smart TV with streaming services, air source heat pump, hammock, etc.).

Winter living cottage with all amenities by the lake. Upstairs in the cottage and in the downstairs bedroom, double beds, and a sofa in the living room for a double bed. The financial building has a wooden sauna and a sleeping oasis with a double bed. (Hot tub special fee). Gas grill and wood-burning grill can be found in the yard and can sit under the lean-to. Easy to get to by public transit. A skating rink on Vesankajärvi in winter and a sled track. Frisbeerata Vesalan monttu 2 km, Petäjävesi 20 km. Laajavuori 9 km.

A two-bedroom apartment for a comfortable stay!

This unique and peaceful home makes it easy to enjoy both a work traveler and a vacationer. The apartment is located on the first floor of the elevator house, but not on the ground floor. The modern apartment is equipped with a sauna and a glazed balcony, and the kitchen has the necessary supplies. Heating fireplace parking space right next to the front door. In the yard, you'll find both a grocery store and a pizzeria. To the bus stop about 50 m, to the beach approx. 150 m. You took the outdoors right at the door.

Finest spot in Jyväskylä, brand new appartment, lake view, reasonable price, 600m from the center, car parking. What more can you ask. Building was finished in the summer 2017 and is in a truly amazing spot in front of lake Lutakko. Calm neighborhood just a walking distance from the city, where you can enjoy all the great stuff Jyväskylä has to offer. Lutakko also hosts the many businesses that are located in Jyväskylä. Grocery store is just close by and technopolis business center.

Lakefront guest apartment w/jacuzzi/wooden sauna

Enjoy lakefront accomodation 6 km from center. Our basement floor guest suite has a private entrance and four windows. Usage of indoor sauna and jacuzzi (1,5h) in October-April included. Two showers indoors in the wash room. There're fridge, coffee maker, water kettle and microwave oven in the apartment. No full kitchen. May-September use of wooden sauna is included and it is possible to swim. There are coffee maker, cutlery, fridge, dishwasher in the sauna hut. Grill outside.

In the yard there is a main cottage, a barn, and a sauna building with a separate sleeping area. So there are three different buildings that guarantee their own peace and quiet with a larger group of people. Petäjävesi cottage is located in the middle of nature, on a quiet and large plot.
