The holiday house has 160 sqm living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 persons. It is located in the middle of Leipzig's Neuseenland on Lake Hainer, 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 sqm dining/living room with huge windows, long dining table and fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for social days in a larger circle. For the children, there are many books, toys, and a play floor.

You will be staying in a unique shepherd's wagon to live of simplicity. There is no running water or electricity in the tiny house, really "back to the roots". Located in the heart of Pöhl and just a few kilometers away from the valley barrier of the same name. A great starting point for hikes. The lovingly furnished shepherd's carriage offers space for 2 adults, possibly also one additional child. The sauna barrel, as well as the bath tub with a view of the trout pond can be used.
