Holiday rentals with a patio in Savognin

Phil & Ana Maria were very reactive and always helpful. The accommodation is conveniently located 5 mins from the train station (woth direct train to Zurich Main Station in 17 mins and Zurich Airport in 30 mins, including night services) and has a nice sauna available for the guests and a private garden, very close to the lake. The bed is comfy and the bathroom very efficient (and with warm water and good pressure). I will definitely come back at the next opportunity! A true gem on the gold coast. We stayed with Jonathan for a total of 5 nights, the place was as shown on the pictures. The view was beautiful. Everything was clean and superbly equipped. The furnishings are of high quality and the beds are very comfortable. The swimming pool with sauna was a great change, our daughter enjoyed it very much. We were mostly alone in the swimming pool. Also the sauna use was not an issue. We say thank you and highly recommend Jonathan and his place

Great stay with Robert. He was very responsive which made the stay very easy- telling me directions for the place. Also was 200 ft from a place to rent ski / snowboard stuff which made it easy to get gear. Overall, great location and great host.

Small tavern but with everything you need and in a perfect location. Katia and her husbands are super helpful hosts. Recommended

We loved our stay! It’s a charming location, with beautiful views from the terrace and all of the windows. There are a few flights of stairs to get up to the place. Both rooms are a good size, especially the master. We loved how the location felt like you were a local, with a trattoria within a few minutes on feet (make reservations). Perfect spot to explore the lake!

Great location - quiet, yet only a few minutes from the center. Tastefully decorated and bright. Julie is a proactive, friendly host. We will be happy to come back!

we stayed for one weekend and enjoyed it very much. the house is well equipped, the fireplace is great, parking was easy and the wifi was good also for remote working. by car it is easily accessible and well located to reach various ski resorts in a short drive. we would happily go again. thank you Lidia!

The place is beautiful with an unforgettable view of the lake. It has everything you need to feel right at home. It is bigger than it looks in the pictures. We went for a couples vacation with two other friends and it was perfect. I do recommend renting a car since it is place quite high up on the mountain (for the view) and it is quite the hike by foot.

Idyllic place overlooking Lake Como. Super comfortable and perfectly equipped house. Peace, tranquility, sunbathing in privacy, terrace with exceptional lake views. Georgia’s place is a very nice place. The studio has a very beautiful panorama and it was very clean. Georgia is very nice and responsive. She also gave us some recommendations regarding places to eat and they were great. I totally recommend this place if you are looking for a cozy place that has very beautiful surroundings.

We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable with a beautiful view. The pool is shared but we never met someone else. You can "hike" down to the lake, there is a nice footpath just behind the house. I would recommend booking this lovely place only if you have a car.

A cute, spotlessly -clean house just a block from the bus stop. one set of stairs, several bedrooms. Good (but low) beds with minimal decor, pillows, and lighting. One and a half bathrooms--again, spotless. Plenty of lounge space with comfy seating; good cross ventilation as most windows have screens. nice views of the remaining snow on the upper mountains (early June). Kitchen is amply appointed with just about anything you'll need if you're not doing massive cooking. Lovely coffee machine with instructions in drawer. I can't read icons/pictures so the oven, although new, was confusing. I'd love to get to know this house better, so yes; I would book again and strongly recommend this happy little house.

The place is amazing. Has a beautiful view of the Lake. The apartment is clean. Both Michaela and Domenico are great and very helpful. We felt right at home. We enjoyed our stay.

We had an absolutely brilliant stay in Peter’s lovely apartment at the walensee resort. He was super helpful with info and websites before we came and the apartment was as described. It was so beautiful and peaceful and just a few steps from the lake which we swam in every day. We loved having a little sunset drink at the kiosk just around the corner. The bottom of the cable car up the mountain was just a couple of minutes away and we enjoyed the toboggan and the Cliimber on the Flumsberg mountain. We hiked lots, and the mountain restaurants had play frames etc to entertain the kids. Highly recommended to all, and good value for Switzerland.

The stay at the apartment was perfect. Spacious apartment equipped with all the comforts. Parking is also very convenient. The area is very quiet and you can walk to all the main amenities and attractions in the area. Super friendly and helpful host. We will definitely be back!

We just enjoyed our getaway and the beautiful views, whether from the living room, dining table or pergola. The apartment was lovingly decorated, modern and very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked, there was nothing missing. We had rented the covered parking and this was great. Was located directly by the stairs to the apartment and there was still enough space for two e-bikes. Also, the steps to the apartment were very easy to master, even with luggage. Lighted in the evening. Check-in is uncomplicated and Sandra informed us well about everything in advance and at the end. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Andrea. The location is perfect just a few steps to the lake and the outside patio is a nice amenity. The pictures in the listing are an accurate reflection of what to expect. Thanks for a nice stay in Menaggio.
