Childfriendly house close to sea and city center

There are two options to get into the city center. 1. 10-15min walk to bus stop "Beryllgatan". From here you take bus 50 Brunnsgatan. The bus takes 14 min to city center of Gothenburg. 2. 5min walk to bus stop "Melongatan". From here you take bus 90 Frölunda Torg. This bus takes about 8 min. From Frölunda Torg there are several diffrent options depending where you are heading. Bus takes about 20 min in to city center of Gothenburg. There is also trams to take in to city center. Takes about the same time depending where you wana go in town. Frölunda Torg is a major hub for buses and trams.

Kitchen and living room on the first floor, three bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor and one bedroom with comfortable single bed and sofa bed and TV on the attic floor. Outdoor place with tables, chairs and large sofa. Private parking with charging for electric car.

Our house i situated in a nice and calm area. The house have a modern kitchen, three large bedrooms and a big living room. A spa with sauna, one bathroom o with bathtub and toilet. One toilet on the first floor. Sunny terrace and a balcony. 5 min walk to the tram from the house. It is 5 min with tram to Liseberg and 10 min to center. There is a pathway through the woods that takes you to Delsjön in 20 min. 5 min from the house you find a small grocery store and restaurants.

This spacious three-storey house located just outside Gothenburg is close to both forest and lakes. On the front patio you enjoy coffee in the morning sun, on the back patio you have evening sun. Semi-detached house about 10 min from Gbg city. Several patios with plenty of room for lovely barbecue evenings. On the balcony find a Weber gas grill. On the front patio there is a large lounge group. A garage driveway with room for 2 cars. In the area there is an Ica shop, a bakery, 3 pizzerias and a sushi bar. It is 5 min walk to the bus stop that takes you into the city center in about 10 min. We have a code lock that allows for self check-in if desired!

Charming house with a sunny terrace

Välkommen till Mariedalsvägen! Här bor du lugnt, nära skog och natur men också nära till de charmiga torgen i Alingsås och livsmedelsbutiker. Bara runt hörnet ligger E20 som på under 30 minuter tar dig till Göteborg. Vi har vår privata parkering med plats för 2 bilar och vi har två cyklar ni gärna får låna.

Radhus för familjen i östra centrum.

Radhuset ligger nära Härlanda tjärn och naturområdet Skatås och Delsjön. Endast 15 minuter cykelväg till Liseberg. Boendet är på två plan (ca 100 kvm) med ett stort vardagsrum och tre sovrum på våning 2. Ett mycket bra boende för de som vill ha ett lugnt boende men även närheten till centrum av Göteborg.
