The home was better than described. Pristine on the inside, probably because she won’t allow pets, which we really appreciate! Great space for my family and three children. Private entrance even though it is part of a duplex had no idea anyone else was out there 100% would stay with her again House was Decluttered made it easy to have kids around.

We really enjoyed our off season stay at Verde Properties in Stinson Beach. The cottage was really nice, centrally located, friendly owners and very clean and comfortable. A great couple of days!

Laura and Darren were exceptional hosts. Very intimate location for a fun, relaxing getaway from the city. Beautiful scenery with breathtaking views. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a safe, relaxing stay!!!

Great place to stay for a weekend getaway! The place was exactly as described. The location made it easy to visit the lighthouse and Point Reyes Station in one day. The RV itself was quiet and cute. The spot is up a hill with a sharp turn to get into so a small car and confident is recommended

Unbelievable view. Worth the price just for that. Can see the entire ocean from the bedroom and the hot tub. Place was well stocked with extras. Albina was extremely kind and attentive. Would stay again.

An amazing couples retreat. Peaceful and serine, great hot tub with privacy wall, but the view of the water was fantastic. Close to Nick’s Cove and not far from Point Reyes. Will definitely be back.

This stay is absolutely beautiful. My family has visited many times and hopefully will continue to visit in the future. The house itself is very well stocked and lovely and the scenery is just unbeatable.

However, the heating system took quite a while to warm up. A more efficient heating setup would have made the stay even more comfortable. That said, these were minor inconveniences in an otherwise fantastic stay. I would definitely return!
