Lovely place, very homey and peaceful. Everything you could possibly need. Very clear instructions for check in, which was super helpful since we arrived after dark. Very convenient location if you are visiting Colgate University. Highly recommend!!

Ina and Scott's home surpassed our expectations! It is beautiful, immaculate, with stunning views. My husband and I went to celebrate my birthday and it was perfect. Exactly what we were looking for! Will definitely return for another romantic getaway!

Absolutely loved this house, this lake and surrounding area. The house was ideal for us. We had a full house with 10 guests for our son’s wedding. Could not have been more perfect. Adults loved the house, spa and views. Grandkids fell in love with the lake and dock. (And pet carp!) Rich was very helpful with questions and left clear instructions (and wonderful stories) at the house. We talked about coming back even before we left. Cheers!

The place was amazing, the kitchen was great and has everything as far as pots and pans, spices , etc… The location is great, 8 minutes to Cooperstown and all the restaurants And close to Oneonta. Craig and Christina keep the place very clean and we had a little snow and they were on top of it and had us plowed out in no time. I would highly recommend staying at their cottage. Beautiful house in a great neighborhood. Description is spot on. Believe it has even more than the description. Kitchen fully stocked with all the essentials. Propane fireplaces that were the perfect ambiance. Could only imagine how great the area is when it’s not a frozen tundra. 10/10 would stay again.

We loved our stay at the Hidden Lakefront. It was a perfect escape from our everyday city environment. Beautiful property and house. The home itself was clean and spacious, very warm for the snowy weekend. I recommend this property for warm or cold getaways!

This is a large, beautiful and mostly well-appointed home in a scenic area and high-end neighborhood. The house is in very good condition with clean and comfortable furnishings. It worked very well for our fairly large group of 3 couples and two adult children. Each couple and child had their own comfortable bedroom with space to spare. It was a wonderful home base for us to visit with local families in the area for holiday celebrations. My only minor issues were: While the seating in the living room was quality, clean and comfortable, it was not an ideal arrangement for the space, and also, while the kitchen was large, clean, new-looking it is challenging to cook for the number of guests the house can accommodate. The beautiful kitchen was not really equipped to the size and standard it deserved. All that said, we would definitely stay again with pleasure.

He went above and beyond for our family and made us feel like we were home away from home.

This house was spacious, in an easy location right outside Cooperstown, clean and exactly as pictured. All the bedrooms were equally nice, heating system worked great for winter and kitchen was great for cooking. Wonderful to have two large bathrooms and showers. We were there during a snow storm and it was super pretty outside as well. Thanks Dave!
