Holiday rentals with a patio in Satellite Beach

Robs place was the perfect place to stay, so close to the beach and has everything you need!

I don’t have much to say but, except I absolutely loved the place and would love to book again in the future

We had a great time! We were looking for a view and to be near a space launch. We enjoyed the peaceful sounds of the waves, while laying on a soft comfy bed. Wish I could live there. Though the weather was not as amazing we felt safe and cozy. Thank you for everything and we hope to visit again with better weather.

Great location and great house.

We had a very comfortable stay. It felt like a safe neighbourhood and was well situated for our trip to NASA and the nature reserve.

Brandon was very responsive and helpful throughout our whole stay! He responded quick with any questions and the place was beautiful. We felt right at home using the appliances and amenities that were listed and available. A key note is my daughter was a softball tournament and washing her uniforms was a must and the laundry room being readily available and stocked was amazing! We would 10/10 recommend this spot to anyone and would stay here again if we come back to the area.

Looks just like the pictures. Squeaky clean, very comfortable and very close to so much. Walked to dinner, the beach and ice cream shop.

Had a wonderful few days here! My kids enjoyed just hanging out at the house while I enjoyed time on the beach (it was a tad chilly in January but lovely none the less). Very relaxing and the local restaurants were great!

We were in town for a soccer tournament and the home was perfect for our needs. It was centrally located to restaurants and grocery stores. The house was clean and the neighborhood was very quiet.

Home was very clean with basic essentials provided. Home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to main roads.

We had a wonderful family stay at Tim’s place- it was the perfect getaway. The home has all the amenities needed, the views are breathtaking, it’s very spacious and the pool was a plus when kids wanted a break from the ocean. It is far enough away from everything that it’s peaceful and relaxing but close enough for grocery trips and restaurants. Best part was the stars at night and catching a rocket launch. Truly felt like we were staying with family, warm and inviting. Would definitely return!

The location was clean, safe and close to parks and restaurants. Some guests may find neighbor's dog barking a problem. We were fine with everything.

We enjoyed our time in this Melbourne home. It was a short 10 minute drive to the beach and walking distance to the quaint downtown area with shops and restaurants. The immediate surrounding area is very residential with a kids playground a short walk away that our 6 year-old enjoyed very much. The pool and pergola were enjoyed by all at some point in our trip and Ian was very responsive to our needs when we had questions. The home seems newly updated and has nice features n the bathrooms and the kitchen. It has all the basics you need for your stay!

Cute and cozy condo in a convenient area! Just steps to the beach and pool! Reasonably priced. Responsive hosts. Wish it had a tub and a free in-unit laundry as we had a two year old with us, but it was still a very nice stay!

Our family of three enjoyed our visit to Boho Oceanfront Condo. We all agreed that the beds and pillows were nice and cozy. The condo felt comfortable, quiet and safe. The house was fully stocked with everything you might need, from nice large beach towels to large warm fuzzy blankets. Super easy check in and check out. Great communication with host. Wonderful backyard with grass and private beach. Awesome location with a great selection of unique breakfast and lunch places. We would recommend this place to family and friends and we would also like to come back in the summer when there's warmer weather. Also, amazing place to watch rocket launches, we saw two and they were incredible!! It honestly felt like a secret second home. 🌷

Monica was very responsive and even helped us rearrange our dates to the best of her ability when we had some other events come up that interfered with our stay. The view is absolutely beautiful and the property is very nice and quiet. We loved being on the top floor! The set up was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was fully equipped for what we needed (normally we have to go buy a vegetable peeler). The kids loved going from the pool to the hot tub. We met a few of the locals and they were very nice and welcoming. We’d absolutely stay again on our next trip down to Cocoa beach! Thank you so much Monica for allowing us to rent your property!

Super close to the beach! Wonderful views of the ocean and the launch pads. The place was quiet, clean, and well-equipped. The host was very friendly and our communication went well.

Perfect stay for cruisers and Universal/Disney getaway combo. We’ve spent a perfect weekend at Melanie’s place after our cruise and it was great, relaxing end of our vacation. Condo is conveniently located near good restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Beaches and ocean views are breathtaking! We enjoyed waking up to the sound of waves every morning! Great location, cute & cozy beach condo. You can walk right downstairs to the beach. Kaitlyn was a great host and went beyond by giving me a heads up about a SpaceX launch that I was able to watch from the back patio. The condo was super clean and there was coffee and some snacks. All amenities that I needed were there. The WiFi pulled around 686 mbps down and 23 mbps up, so that was great as well. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, kitchen had everything I needed. I recommend this AirBnb and, if available, will be my go-to spot when visiting the area.
