Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sassari

The accommodation was even nicer than we could have imagined! The cottage is in a beautiful place in a very quiet area, yet the beach and villages are close by. The stay has all the comforts, you won't be short of anything as a guest. We were most likely to be found in the lovely garden with many different seating areas to relax and unwind. We would love to come back to Sardinia and definitely this place! 🌞 Maria is a warm hostess who thinks along and responds quickly to questions. Recommended!

Alessandro was very helpful , also responded right away when I needed anything else. It was all very straightforward and we felt very comfortable in the apartment. Unfortunately, we were only 3 days and we would have liked to have stayed longer. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely and peaceful stay in the villa. There were places to relax indoors and outdoors and overall we had a very restful stay with great weather too! Lots of things to do within driving distance. Would highly recommend!

This is an incredible home. The house is uniquely designed and extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The bedrooms each have a bathroom and are very private from one another. But what makes this home so remarkable is the location. The view is expansive and breathtaking. There are so many gorgeous places to swim all around, either from the giant (and beautiful) rocks and from the nearby beaches. The beach that is about an 8 minute walk through a wooded trail is a truly magical beach, wonderful "big" sand and shells. There are good places to eat and markets a short (3-6 minutes) drive away in the hotel complexes nearby, or go into Palau, which is about a 15 minute drive and has lots to offer in terms of restaurants and shopping.

We were a group of 10 and spent two weeks at Sara's Villa Elais. The house and the property are great and especially the outdoor area with large pool, loungers, bar area, couch and TV are absolutely exceptional. We regularly used the ping pong table and football field and the super gas grill would also be thrown on almost every evening. Sara is a great host and really always available and helpful. the check-in and check-out were absolutely straightforward. Her team is on site almost every day and makes sure the place is always in great shape. We had a great time and can absolutely recommend the villa.

Very comfortable, although the rooms were missing curtains that the sun did not pass, in the morning the clarity woke us up very early, otherwise everything was very good, access to the cove, privacy, games for children, tranquility, etc... Overall excellent

We stayed at Gavino's apartment at the end of October and had a wonderful quiet time there. The house is secluded in Gavino's wine-growing area and it only takes 5 minutes from there to the beach, where hardly anyone else was at that time. The house is beautiful, it is spacious and has a nice terrace with pool. We felt very comfortable. Gavino is very friendly and it was no problem to check in later (our ferry was rescheduled 12h). Only one night before boarding for Toulon. Large accommodation, well arranged and equipped, very clean. The car is safe in the private residence. I recommend it.

I stayed in Valeria's apartment in the central weeks of August with my wife and another couple of friends and we were very satisfied! The location is strategic: a short walk from the center of Porto Torres and the sea, the apartment is located in front of a shopping center (essential to be able to stock up at any time of the day) and is in the immediate vicinity of the provincial roads that allow you to reach the most popular destinations. Equipped with all possible comforts (air conditioners, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, Wi-Fi, etc.) and extremely clean, we were particularly impressed by the spaces that allow us to accommodate together up to 6 adults without problems. Valeria was an exceptional Host: although we had the opportunity to interact only remotely, she was always responsive, helpful, friendly and attentive to ensure that we never lack anything. I mean, we felt really pampered!

We spent 3 days at Francesco's. The check-in went very well. He was waiting for us at a convenient time. He is very friendly and smiling, he speaks French well. All the info was clear and he responded quickly to our questions by message. The accommodation is really 2 steps from the beautiful beach. It was perfect for 6 people and there was enough dishes and a sunny terrace for breakfasts and aperitifs. The decor is deliciously vintage. Thank you Francesco.

Paola‘s house has a breathtaking view from the huge terrace. We loved it very much and enjoyed our stay there immensely. Paola was very kind and helpful. She shared her favorite restaurants and even made the reservations for us. She also was very flexible with the check out, so we could relax a little more on our last day. It was very appreciatated.

Laura's place is on a winery in a beautiful setting. We loved the welcome with 2 bottles of wine from their winery and a well-stocked fridge. Laura is a very kind and helpful hostess. We enjoyed our stay very much and we were able to relax very well. A clear recommendation from us!

Beautiful place in the heart of the old town of Alghero. The whole center can be done on foot . The accommodation is very well equipped, very clean and has a small inner courtyard. Virna is a very welcoming, friendly and caring host. She is very responsive in her communication and responds quickly to all our questions. I warmly recommend the place and its hostess 🤩

lucky to have two beautiful warm days at the end of October. We were also able to swim in the beautiful pool of the property... it would have been a shame not to take advantage of it. Yee!

Silvia's place is my personal dream house! We were so comfortable and welcome from minute one! The house is luxuriously and insanely tastefully decorated. Whole property is a dream! The far-reaching view of Aggius, the view of the vines, the large pool, the olive trees, the tranquility...I do not know what I found most beautiful. If you are looking for deceleration and tranquility, this is the perfect location! Even on rainy days, you can cook, eat or play together in the spacious kitchen! The kitchen offers great extras such as a Tepan grill and a wine fridge! It feels very pampered 😍 Silvia welcomed us with small delicacies and gave us many tips. She and her family were available to help us in a very timely manner when we needed support! We would want to come back any time and thank you for 2 great weeks!

10 days spent at Villa Mirasol was fabulous - Set just in the outskirts of Alghero this is a wonderful villa surrounded by olive trees and providing views across the countryside to the sea on one side and hills to the other. This provides Peace and tranquility and yet a short drive away (or long walk) you can reach the new and old towns and the restaurants / sites of the area. The villa is spotlessly clean and tidy, the beds very comfortable with memory foam mattress and pillows and fresh clean white sheets. Air conditioning is a bonus in villas like these and to have that for the occasional quick cool down was lovely. There is plenty of space to relax inside and outside on the main terraced area and also a ‘sunset watching area’ within the olive trees where in the evenings you can watch the sunset over the sea while enjoying a glass of local wine. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the pots and pans etc you need to self cater. Mario is an excellent host. Thoroughly recommended.

We stayed at Matteo for a week at the end of October. The house is located in a subdivision a little away from the city, with a very peaceful setting, 5 minutes from shops, so ideal for our use. The house is spacious, very nice, inside and out, the beautifully decorated spaces. Thank you for this trip!

Mark's house is very nice, the rooms are spacious, the kitchen very well-equipped. The pool is large and pleasant. Mark was very responsive to each of my questions. As the house was not occupied after and our flight was in the evening, we were able to leave in the afternoon and enjoy the pool until the last moment. I recommend Mark's house without hesitating.

We stayed at Micheles villa for 10 nights in early October. The property is really amazing. The house is separated in two floors. Ground floor: large kitchen-living room with dining table for 8 people + sofa area. Front garden with covered table for 8 people + couch landscape. This is adjacent to a large lawn. In addition, there is a guest toilet on the ground floor with washing machine/dryer as well as two bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms (1x shower, 1x huge bathtub). 1st floor: two bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms + small kitchenette. The 1st floor is only accessible via a separate entrance via outside. In the backyard is a large pool as well as the barbecue area with another table. The backyard can also be reached from the front but also via the bedroom doors on the ground floor. House is very clean, everything you need. Michele super accessible. Only disadvantage: quite few restaurants open in low season and many mosquitoes with us.

A magic little oasis. Truly paradise. Quiet and private. Our family of four was plenty happy here. We had more than enough room, enjoyed pool swims, movie nights, and cooking in the kitchen. You definitely need a car of at least a bike to get to the near beaches and restaurants, but that wasn’t an issue. It gave the home a tucked away feel. There is a small supermarket a 10 minute walk away and another one 10 minutes in the car. We enjoyed watching the swallows and dragonflys soar across the yard in the evenings. We would definitely recommend the villa for your stay in Stintino, and would stay here again. As a plus, the lockbox was super simple for a smooth check in and Marianna was always on call for any questions I had. Thank you to our wonderful hosts for our peaceful and much needed vacation!
