Mariah connected us with the concierge at the site to arrange travel to and from the resort , and loved how easy access was to everything. Fabulous pools and and golf cart rental onsite so that we were able to go to a different restaurant every night . We also appreciate all the tips Mariah provided to make our stay so easy!

Aileen was the best host a guest could ask for. Her staff is friendly and very helpful. Pick up and drop off at the airport was as effortless as imaginable. The golf carts she has on site for rental were some of the nicest on the island and a great value. The rooftop pool, shower, bathroom and kitchen/bar area was a fun added bonus and impeccably maintained. Been coming to San Pedro for two decades and probably the best value available. We had a nice stay at this resort. Jason was very helpful when I asked him for golf cart recommendations. We liked Jason's unit a lot. This resort is about 20 minutes away from Margaritasville, which is a great place to go for a day or so. While it rained almost every day, the road to San Pedro wasn't as bad as we thought it would be. Very doable especially when someone is looking to get away from San Pedro busy life. The accommodation itself was a dream. Impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could wish for, the Airbnb felt like a home away from home. The cozy bed was a haven of comfort, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep after days filled with adventure. One of the highlights of my stay was the outdoor space. The private terrace overlooking the scenic landscape was the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine in hand. Whether I was watching the sun dip below the horizon or stargazing under the vast night sky, the tranquility of the surroundings made this Airbnb truly magical.

A beautiful condo right on the beach with gorgeous views of the reef. The manager Aisha and her husband were very helpful in assisting us with planning our family trip and with everything we asked while there. The location of this property we felt was perfect as it was centrally located on Ambergris Caye. North of San Pedro so not right in town —so a bit quieter. Short drive to Secret Beach. Restaurants and stores nearby. Recommend a golf cart for exploration.

We were 100% satisfied with our stay at Residences at Barrier Reef. The condo was more than we could have expected. The view from our very large balcony was stunning. The Condo was Very clean and very comfortable. The pools were great and the beach/pier were added bonuses. There were outdoor games for all to enjoy as well. The permanent residences that we met were super friendly and always willing to share their recommendations and experiences. We found the location to be perfect. Great restaurants 10 minutes away, San Pedro 20 minutes, Secret Beach 20 minutes, UpNorth also about 20 minutes. So centrally located that we were able to experience so many areas of Ambergris Caye. We can not wait to come back and possibly even call Residences of Barrier Reef “Home” one day.

The place as he says in the listing, Marco was very kind and by communicating for him to know if I had certain things I would need at that time he told me that I would do my best to get it, the place is quiet and perfect for a quiet date.

Cute, clean place with great views and convenient location. The space was clean and equipped with the necessities + more. Raphael and Chica were amazing and made us feel right at home! Would definitely stay again.
