Townhouse holiday rentals in Saronic Islands

My family and I travelled to Greece for a destination wedding and we found lodging in Priamos’ beautiful home! He was very responsive and helpful. The space was spacious, equipped with everything we needed and very cozy. A 30 minute drive from central Athens and 15 minute drive from a local beach - this place is a gem and would highly recommend for a comfortable and safe stay :)

We stayed at Michel's apartment for the fourth time (2018, 2019, 2023 ...) and when we come back to Leonidio for climbing, we'll see if the place is available again.

A charming old and very traditional Spetses house full of character and original features. Lisi was a great host and very communicative, and the house had all the basics we needed for a very pleasant and thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Ilias was a great host with a great place. The location had everything we needed and more. He met me at the port and brought all my luggage to the AirBnb, offered to clean every day, and got us a luggage carrier when we departed. Everything was very clean and felt very safe. Would highly recommend!

Panos, Oksana's husband welcomed us and was available for questions or others throughout. The complex is in Pasha Bay, not far from the centrality of Lavrio and a short walk to the beach. A car allows you to visit the area, go to the taberns and make the most beautiful beaches in the area, bikes could also do the trick but the main road does not allow you to drive with children. The pool is open from 10 to 13h and from 17h30 to 20h which is quite common in Greece (the world stops during nap time, but it may be that some neighbors fans of gardening do not stop). The house matches the photos and description very well, nothing is missing and everything works. The terrace enjoys the scent of flowers and the view from the Aegean. We highly recommend it!

We've had some wonderful days at Hydra hosted by George. Very nice couple and we would love to come back!

The apartment is full of character and the layout of the rooms was perfect for our stay. Wonderful to be right on the seafront and watch the world go by. Lovely bakery, kiosk, cafe and restaurant just outside. A couple of days were very windy, so it was great to also have the sheltered terrace and garden at the back of the apartment. Sofi was a brilliant host. We definitely hope to come back!

We had an amazing stay at Katerina’s lovely house. The village is charming and has excellent taverns. The weather was quite cold so we also spent a lot of time in the house which was super cosy and had a great fireplace to keep us warm. The kitchen is also very well equipped and nothing was missing to prepare food for the whole family. The area is very lovely, preserved from tourists with a lot of nature around. 100% recommended.

Kim was there to let us in and show us around. The home is clean and due to the ground source heat pump the A/C is always running and the house stays wonderfully cool. The lower ground floor has an American sized king sized bed along with a full bathroom, additional toilet and washer. The ground floor is open plan living room and kitchen and easy to relax in and enjoy! The first floor bedroom has metal blinds which when shut at night block out road noise and light. The top floor bedroom is only accessible via lift but there are emergency stairs available. It has a nice open patio. Kim was very responsive to all our requests and any concerns he attended to right away. It was a pleasure staying at the home and there was ample parking nearby on the street just before and behind the block. The beach clubs, restaurants and grocery stores were a quick drive down the street and, overall, it was a lovely and pleasant stay.

We recently stayed at Elina’s lovely apartment in Spetses, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, Elina’s warm hospitality, helpful nature and amazing homemade carrot cake made us feel right at home. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, providing us with excellent local tips and always being available to assist with any questions we had. The apartment itself is fantastic. Its location is ideal, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful island of Spetses. Despite being a group of three, the apartment was incredibly comfortable and spacious, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The decor was charming, and everything was spotlessly clean. We would highly recommend Elina’s apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Spetses. The combination of a great location, comfortable living space, and a delightful host makes this a top choice. Thank you, Elina, for making our trip so memorable!

Giota’s house is lovely. The best part of the house is the well-shaded backyard ending just a few steps from the sea—we basically lived on that backyard for the two weeks we spent there.

The house was amazing for us, as we stayed here with a couple of colleagues, we had sufficient space for everything and everyone. The house is in great shape and was renovated beautifully with a lot of attention to detail. It's also conveniently silent for it being in the midst of a very lively neighborhood. We loved our stay and would love to come back one day. The communication was very fast and easy, so really recommend to consider staying here!

Vasilis place is perfect for Leonidio, it's right in the town so everything is walkable, but tucked up a side street so totally peaceful. And you're not close to the church bells (something to watch for at other apartments!). We really enjoyed our stay, the house is exactly what you'd expect from the pictures and has everything you need to relax when you're not out walking/climbing/sightseeing.

Functional, clean, comfortable, with thoughtful aesthetics, very close to the city of Nafplio. Nice balconies and nice corner the loggia for coffee in the morning. Ideal for children, very close to a playground with instruments. A very good choice for a three-day getaway in Nafplio. I'd prefer it again.

Nice place to stay with the rooms on different floors. Clean and comfortable beds. Ac in all the rooms. Quiet neighborhood yet central. All just fine!

We loved staying at this place! The host - Fondas - was so kind and very helpful :) The apartment looks like the photos, the entrance is nice, air conditioning and everything else was working well. We got to the city centre so quickly and easily, through a calm neighbourhood, we almost didn't use public transport for out 5 day trip in Athens. We missed having a kitchen though (but we knew that coming in!) as we wanted to travel on a budget and eat some of the meals at home - but we managed and ate so many good greek salads home made from groceries from the market, which was very close! Other than that, it was an amazing stay! Thank you so much! :)

A very big thank you to Konstantina for her warm welcome, responsiveness and kindness. Konstantina helped us when we needed it and was lovely to us. The accommodation is very spacious, pleasant and in the heart of the city. I highly recommend it.

Hostess Annita is a lady who manages and cares for her accommodation full of passion and dedication. You can also notice that in terms of the tasteful decor and the decorations, where flowers and plants are her passion. She really makes you feel at home and does everything she can to make you feel at home. We have great value for her! The apartment is exactly as in the photos and will certainly not disappoint you. The apartment is at a short walking distance (5 minutes) from a very large shopping complex with a MacDonalds, XXL supermarket, gas station and various residential shops nearby. The beach is about 20 minutes walk and the metro idem. By subway you are within fifteen minutes in the center of Athens (Akropolli or Syntagma metro station).

We had a great stay at Dimitris's place. Sofia met us at the port and was very welcoming, pointing out places to visit. The house had everything we needed, very clean, great location and a beautiful garden. Thank you!

Convenient for the ferry. Lots of restaurants, ice cream, coffee and even crepes nearby.
