Barbara’s place was perfect for two families! The bedroom sizes were big and the showers had good pressure. A Greta yard and well stocked kitchen. Close Ole Miss and restaurants. We enjoyed our time and recommend it!

I had been looking for a three-bedroom/two bath home to share with two friends while attending the Juke Joint Festival in Clarksdale, and we lucked into this place. While it was close to an hour ride to the festival, it was nice to come home to this lovely, quiet place in Batesville. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen and living areas spacious, and the neighborhood nice to walk around, with little shops and even a Piggly Wiggly nearby. We felt right at home, which probably would not have been the case if we'd found something in Clarksdale.

INCREDIBLE STAY!!! We have stayed in many Air BnBs and Courntey's is a TOP FAVORITE!! Immaculate, beautiful and peaceful interior, gorgeous natural lighting, plenty of space, the most peaceful backyard, everything you could need and more. Short drive to The Square, Kroger and Campus. We truly loved every minute we were there and did not want to leave. Beds are even amazing! Seriously, look no further this is the best you will find in OX!!

The world these days is full of hustle and bustle and this was just what we needed to unplug and relax. Absolutely perfect for a peaceful and laidback weekend. The owners were lovely. Sparkling clean. Comfortable place. The woodworking of the cabin is so intricate, unique and artistic. We will be back again.

Ashley’s place was in a great location, cute neighborhood close to the square! Furniture was comfortable and we loved all the natural light from the windows with the plantation blinds! We spent plenty of time on the front porch swing too. Ashley was great with communication as well! Look forward to staying again.

One of the nicest houses we have stayed with Airbnb. Newer house with amenities, very clean spacious rooms, and private covered parking spot. Even though it was rainy when we went, it is very walkable to town and it’s nice little shops and restaurants. Also very short drive to Oxford visit friends. It was a perfect small town stay!

The home was super clean and very pet friendly. A great fenced yard for the dogs. Beds and linens were very comfy and the house had plenty of space for humans and dogs to be very comfortable. Super convenient to outstanding restaurants and the cute Oxford Square. Will definitely stay again when we visit next time.

Hotty Toddy Glamping was a uniquely perfect for our stay! From the gracious hosts, the friendly greeting from the farm animals, to the beautiful night sky full of stars…we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Leslie provided great instructions for locating the property and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend, and will definitely stay again when we can!

My husband and I had a wonderful birthday getaway weekend at the Gatehouse. This was the perfect place for us to unwind and the home is like a picture in a magazine. The inside had modern touches mixed in with antique nods to the gate House's history on the Douglas farm. We lacked for nothing, all the switches and little things that sometimes are hard to figure out when staying at a new place were noted, and there was helpful instructions and local recommendations there at the ready. Heidi is a wonderful host, she is warm and friendly and easy to talk to as she checked in to make sure we had everything we needed once we got settled. This is the perfect location because you can be at the Oxford square in about 10 minutes or so and soak up all the energy there and then come back to this beautiful place so it was the perfect balance for us. Heidi has thought of everything there at the home you could need, especially for dogs which was so appreciated. We will definitely be back!

Shelby’s place was fantastic. The home was just as described and a ten minute drive to everywhere we went. The home is private and quiet and the outdoor space is a great addition. Morning coffee on the porch swing was a treat. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Our host Elle was very responsive and provided wonderful hospitality with thoughtful touches such as light breakfast food(bagels, juice, etc..), a handwritten welcome note with additional information, and just an overall welcoming feeling. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, but you can be on campus at Ole Miss or on the Square in Oxford is 5 min or less. It’s a great location. I highly recommend this home and Elle.

We enjoyed our stay at Barry's house. The house was beautiful and peaceful. Far enough from Oxford to get out of the hustle of town but close enough to feel like you could enjoy all that Oxford offers. We also loved the pool table upstairs and had many nights playing to wind down after a busy day. We would definitely stay at Barry's home again in a heartbeat.

The house is absolutely beautiful and the property is very well manicured. The host was very generous and helpful responding to any and all questions and accommodating our small family wedding. Very grateful and thankful to our host and his family for opening their home to us and letting us enjoy such a beautiful and spacious venue. The pool was our favorite part! The house was very clean and organized. We didn’t cook, but I know we could have easily prepared a meal there. There’s an electric kettle which was great since we drink a lot of coffee and tea. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. All around great stay. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town for a ball tournament!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was just as advertised, no hidden surprises. It was enough room and I liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was bigger than I expected. Floyd was very helpful with check-in and check-out instructions. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip. We were about 10 mins from the square, yet we were in such a quiet area. Thank you Floyd we will be back!
