Really enjoyed the place while taking son on a visit to Ole Miss. It's very close to everything. The host was great with recommendations and accommodations. The king bed in the downstairs bedroom was soooo comfortable, so if you're going with a group, snag it quickly! The only thing I'd say is the 4th bedroom was not large and had a sofa bed that was in very tight quarters. Might be a good place to sleep for smaller kids, but if you have all adult-sized folks, that room isn't ideal. Would definitely use this place again if my son decides to go there.

Location was close to campus and square. The home was clean and stocked with everything we needed.

Christy was very responsive and friendly. Check in and out were easy. Property was clean and easy to get to. On the outskirts of town but close enough to downtown Oxford and all things Ole Miss. Cute home on a quiet, peaceful street. Christy was a great host!

I feel so fortunate to have found this home. It was perfect for my stay in Oxford; and I couldn’t have asked for a more accommodating home (and host.) It’s beautifully decorated; and the main living area is perfect for lounging (fireplace is a bonus.) This home was stocked with all you’d need for a comfy stay - blankets readily available, coffee and tea (coffee stations on both floors!), in-home washer and dryer; and snacks to welcome the hungry traveler! The beds are very comfy, the community is quiet, the condo gives you quick and easy access to the university. Ms. Valentina was so helpful - she truly means it when she says to make yourself at home. I will stay here again.

Michael was fantastic! The location was so convenient to campus, the square, and Kroger 😊. We would love to stay here again!

The apartment was an easy walk to Grove, game and downtown. It was very comfortable and everything new and up to date. Would definitely recommend!

Jinnie’s place was conveniently located off the square and perfectly setup for our group. Check-in was easy and flexible. The condo was extremely cozy. A+ experience.

Absolutely beautiful condo! The nicest hostess! We had the best time! Went above and beyond for us staying there. Bought us a welcome gift! Any questions I had they were answered right away! Would 100% stay there again:)

This is the second time we stayed here, and loved every minute of it both times. Always quick with a response with any questions I’ve ever had, and was flexible when I needed to change the date. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

Decor was really neat. Love the touches with interesting artwork and pictures. Very close to everything and very clean and nice.

We truly enjoyed our stay at The Brass Monkey Condo. We came for Ole Miss volleyball and we were 2 minutes from the Gillom Center. We also had a blast playing Olemiss-opoly with our girls. We were glad the host had it on hand. Highly recommend!

My friends and I had a great time at Floyd's place over a big time college football weekend in Oxford. Floyd's place is fairly close to campus (easy drive, or about a 2 mile walk to the football stadium) and also closer to restaurants and other amenities. The place was clean, spacious and had a stocked kitchen, just as listed. Floyd was very communicative and helpful. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Great place to stay! Close to the University. The townhouse was clean, ac worked great, nice for big families. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots pans etc. I would definitely recommend.
