Davide was a great host, he was really helpful and was quick to respond to our questions. He gave us loads of good advice before we arrived at the villa. We arrived late at night and we had asked if it would be possible for Davide to buy us some food bits as all supermarkets were shut, he obliged and it was a great help for us. The villa is beautiful, the view is stunning and it feels homely. A car is required if you wish to explore the beaches. The villa is positioned only 30 minutes from Cagliari airport and 30 minutes from Villasimius which was ideal for us. The area is very peaceful, surrounded by pine trees and respectful quiet neighbours.

The house is beautifully private and quiet. Several options to change seating due to wind, rain or sun. Very nice house beach. Approx. 5 min. by car. You can also walk to the water. Approx. 5 min. However, there are only rocks. Very small place with two small supermarkets (no fresh fish), where there is almost everything and at normal prices. To a supermarket Conad, Crai or EuroSpin min. 30 min. Travel time (I thought that was a shame). To get somewhere else, always over the pass on the mountain. It's fast, but it's always a hassle. In the slightly larger town of Tertenia there is a fish shop. In the evening, there's nothing to do, where you could go. Since we were there in mid-September, many restaurants were no longer open. In the house itself, only the seat cushions should be renewed. They suffer when they're outside all year. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Great house.

Very warm welcome from Maria and her husband, who showed us around and gave us all the explanations for our stay. Very nice touch with water, sodas and beer in the fridge. The owners live there but are very discreet and very helpful in responding to our requests. Really a lovely stay, thank you again to Maria and her husband.

Access to the city center by car was easy, and other beautiful spots were also close by. Me, my partner and a couple of friends found Pina and her wonderful villa so by chance and all four of us were super excited! Super stocked and equipped with anything, in a strategic position to get around that part of the island (nearest beach reachable on foot and downtown San Teodoro about 15 minutes by car). Not to mention the kindness and availability of Pina, a host with a capital "H", really congratulations!! That house will remain in our hearts forever, I would go back every year and recommend it to anyone who asks me❤️
