the apartment is also bigger than it looks in the photo. Very clean, quiet and very close to the historic center of Bosa, within walking distance. I specify that both in the living room and in one of the two bedrooms there is air conditioning, because it is not valued in the description and is an extra point. Friendly and helpful host, with a smile always available, a worker who hosts with dedication. And how difficult it is to meet such owners!!

fantastic space, it looked recently renovated and the kitchen and other spaces were modern. the neighbourhood was quiet and our toddler loved walking and exploring the neighbourhood with us.

The apartment was newly furnished throughout and very clean. Check in and communication was easy. the apartment is in a good location for the beach and town as well as only a short drive to the city of Oristano and many beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed our stay

Ideally located ( the street to cross to be on the beach) and quiet, the accommodation matches the description and was perfect for my use. I recommend and will come back. Although the property is managed by a company, the on-site correspondent, Giovanni, was responsive, welcoming and friendly.

Good and very friendly communication with Giovanni. The apartment was equipped as described and very clean, we felt comfortable right away. There were good tips regarding gastronomy and activities in the area. The apartment is located on the outskirts of the city in a residential area, about 15 minutes from the city center. Big supermarket 2 minutes' walk.

The accommodation is spacious, tastefully furnished, equipped with everything you need with a nice courtyard a stone's throw from the center of Oristano. Easy to find parking in front of the property. Host Ele is very kind and helpful in giving information about things to do and places to visit. Recommended.

The apartment is superbly renovated, very nicely furnished, functional and clean. From the terrace, you have a wonderful view of the maquis (with deer) and the sea. We watched beautiful sunsets here. Since the apartment is located in the basement, it is also nice and cool on hot days. Cornelia and Giuseppe are great hosts and live in the apartment above. The apartment is a 15-20 minute walk to the large sandy beach with beach bar. With our small children, we drove by car, as the apartment is on a hill. The restaurant on the beach is about 15 minutes' walk away. Sant'Antonio di Santandi is located approx. 10 minutes by car from Pistis. There is a small supermarket and a bar with coffee and pastries. The fishing village of Marccedi is only about 15 minutes away by car and has a very good restaurant. Giuseppe is happy to help with everything and give tips. We enjoyed our stay in Pistis and in Giuseppe's apartment!

Perfect spot for exploring Bosa and the surrounding area. The apartment was spacious and and very clean. Claudia was very easy to communicate with and provided us with some lovely food gifts! Great stay!

We took the house for New Year's Eve, for six people. The host was very kind, he showed us the whole house and how to use some appliances. Very modern and equipped house, very close to the historic center of Oristano. Possibility of parking in front of the house (if there is a space). Heated house with radiators and heat pumps. They were kind enough to let us find a panettone, and given the day they allowed us to postpone checkout.

We had a great stay at Luca's apartment, it's a great location in Oristano. We were with our 8-month-old baby and I worked remotely during the day - the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Luca was very helpful with all our requests/questions. We recommend it to anyone going to Oristano.

We stayed about ten days between the end of July and the beginning of August and we had a great time. The terrace with sea view hosted us from breakfast to dinner with a beautiful sunset view. The interior of the house is small but everything is inside and out (as well as the perfect outdoor shower post beach). The location is perfect to walk to the beach but we preferred to get around by car (it's really a minute and there is parking) to move umbrellas and the rest. Ideal for a vacation in relaxation!

santi's apartment had everything you needed to spend a few days of carefree relaxation. Comfortable, clean house with everything you need in terms of equipment. Comfortable parking in the adjacent reserved space, great communication and availability from Santi and mom! House not very close to downtown Cabras but in return, a strategic location to be able to visit the countless attractions and beaches of Sinis (many 10 minutes or so by car and the furthest no later than halfanhour). i only learned onsite tourist tax to be added (which for Cabras is 2€/person/night..) which is why I would suggest better specifying in the listing. in conclusion, definitely a great solution to visit these beautiful areas!!

Extremely nice and reliable host who pointed us to the village festival once a year and even invited us to drinks there. The place is a little outside, but this is absolutely no problem with the car. The apartment is new, offers plenty of space and everything you need.

House with good amenities. Very good cleanliness and very beautiful kitchen. Although the listing mentioned a jacuzzi was not available. The village of Aritudea although small is cute with some buildings of interesting architecture. The best beaches are some distance away (between 30 and 40 km). The nearby beaches are not very interesting.

Claudio's place is as described. There is everything you need for a great holiday. The beaches of the Sinis Peninsula are less than 20min drive away. Claudio is a professional and responsive host.

The accommodation is very pleasant, nicely decorated, very clean, with everything you need for a great stay. The place is magical and Antonio is very welcoming, helpful, available and attentive. The pool, very nice too and very well decorated with various plants, everything is extremely well maintained. We spent a few days of relaxation that we will remember. We had a great week with family in the 1st floor apartment which has several terraces including a very nice one overlooking the pool. The beds were regularly redone and the cleaning as well. The house is very beautiful and all bars, restaurants and services are very easily accessible on foot as the accommodation is very close to the center while remaining very quiet and private. We would highly recommend it.

Great room in the heart of Bosa, we booked it for our anniversary and it was really magical. Comfortable environment, bathroom and hot tub in the room. The only downside is the view of the internal terrace, otherwise it's beautiful. Double bed with front TV, large spaces, all clean and tidy. I want to denote the kindness, friendliness and availability of the hosts. 5 stars well deserved, highly recommended.

Very friendly and responsive host. The place had everything. Kitchen fully stocked with everything that you need: plates, glasses, dishwasher, washing machine, bottle and wine opener, and utensils. Always reachable and a pleasure to deal with. Very ideal location right on the beach with private parking.
