Holiday houses in Sarchapet

This is a hidden gem, I don’t want many people to find it because I loved it so much. The views were stunning and our host was the kindest woman. We will be coming back, and we will be staying here again.

Aren provides great hospitality in a peaceful farm, very isolated - so perfect for a city break. Environment in the common areas was good, as was all of the infrastructure. Right around the property are pleasant places for walks. I fully recommend and might come back sometime. The only thing I point out is that the Internet connection in the cabins is not perfect, if you're looking to work remotely. However you can solve this by acquiring a pretty cheap SIM card in the town from Team Telecom. All the best to you, your family and your staff Aren 👍

Arsen was very kind and available to offer us directions to the minibuses in the area and the attractions, the communication was also very effective regarding the check-in instructions. The apartment was very welcoming, but maybe a little cold (February) but there was a heater that helped us warm up the space. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Sanahin and the surroundings that we found very beautiful and characteristic.

Saren was very friendly and super helpful, we felt at home. The house was clean and big, would recommend to anyone visiting Alaverdi & Sanahin 👌

The stay was very nice. We stayed there for 4 nights. The house was cool inside. But they went above and beyond so I was comfortable. We received coffee on arrival. Due to the water emergency disaster in Aleverdi, we had to drive differently ( got good instruction) we ate a hot meal twice. The surroundings are wonderful! Beautiful nature.. relaxing in the garden and or the veranda is also very nice. In short, top stay

We had great time here! The place is quite and cozy, and Kote is a great host! He took us from Tbilisi with his car, brought us homemade honey and chacha. There is a great kitchen with all the amenities and an outside oven where we made barbecue. Keep in mind that there is no central heating (but a fireplace does its job) and the water heater works only for a few minutes, but the rest is really comfortable! We totally will recommend the place to our friends. P. S. We were here with the dog, who liked the place even more then we did😁

This place is amazing guys! The manager Armine and her family are very good people and take care of you. Would highly reccomend staying here, extremely peaceful and quiet. Great local and organic food for an additional fee. Will stay here again in the future, God willing.
