Beachfront holiday rental in Sapphire Beach

Absolute oasis of cool and calm - while still at the heart of bustling Sawtell, the vibrant restaurant scene of First Ave, and walk to beaches (including dog-friendly Murray’s). The private courtyard is a gem. Such a restful, beautifully decorated unit - so generously equipped with everything you could need - plus those little touches that surprise and delight. The hosts have a true gift for hospitality. And that rare thing: warm and genuine welcome for the furry travel companion! Bravo. We will certainly be back.

Great spot for an overnight between Sydney and Brisbane with our dog. Games room was a hit with the kids.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was very peaceful and a short walk to the cafes. The apartment was neat, clean and tidy and had a beautiful outlook over the ocean. Highly recommend!

Easy check in, gated and fenced as described so perfect for our pooch. A hot shower to wash off after the beach and epic beach frontage. A cute timber bench to sit on up on the dune front to watch the sunrise with a coffee. Plenty of space, seating and living areas. We adored the three living spaces and how much lounging was available. We lazed, read, napped and felt so relaxed there! We had two days of wild wind and weather and the washing machine/dryer was so handy. The downstairs is quirky and we found it hard to get fresh air with the bedroom windows facing the ocean as sand and wind blew straight in and they felt a little musty. But it all adds to the rustic beach house feel and stay! Lovely bathrooms and very functional kitchen, with the most amazing view. I even baked a cake while there just to hang in that spot a little longer! Loved our stay and grateful to be hosted by Sally, she made check in and the whole process and breeze.

The house was very well stocked with food staples, spare linen, and kitchen appliances. One of the first AirBnBs in a while that was spotlessly clean. Good location. A very comfortable house to stay in. Even though the main bathroom is the original, it was clean and functional.

We had a fantastic stay at Olivia’s place. Great spot just a few mins walk to the beach. The kitchen was super well decked out which was awesome. Would say it’s a much bigger house than the photo show! Plenty of room for everyone

The house was exactly as described. If the simple things are what you value, and you don't need a TV that takes up a whole wall, then this is the place. Marianne is a clear and helpful communicator, and clearly does not have a soft spot for Ikea.

I really enjoyed my stay in this comfortable and spacious villa. The spa bath under the stars was amazing and the king size bed was so comfortable. The welcome basket of goodies was unexpected, and a lovely touch. I also loved the lovely array of teas and coffee and essentials like oil, salt and pepper etc. I loved the pool, restaurant and being close to Digger's Beach. I could even see the beach from the deck. I hope to return.

Lovely villa in beautiful, tropical and quiet surrounds. Close to the pool and beach access. Villa was equiped with everything I needed and more. Would have no hesitation in staying again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house was beautiful & very comfortable. The only downside was uber, taxis & courtesy bus has difficulties finding the house. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again if the opportunity/need arose.

Driftwood was very welcoming and we felt right at home. Louise had left us milk bread cereals eggs and butter which was so generous. A very comfortable bed and good air conditioning meant we slept well. The complex has a gymn tennis courts and swimming pool . It was very quiet. The excellent value Thai restaurant we used twice. There are chairs and sunbeds overlooking a private beach which we used every day. Great having a garage to park our hired vehicle under out of the sun. I would highly recommend.

From the chill music upon entering to the cool breeze and private spaces we were IMMEDIATELY relaxed after a long drive. We called it a sanctuary and used the little outdoor space for drinks and dining, loving the birdbath with all the visitors. Bed was comfortable and we slept well with all the windows and doors open, feeling very safe. Bathroom and shower a great size and for the two of us the kitchenette provided everything. We did need to hop in the car for any activities but everything was very close and enjoyed the pool after a day out. I would highly recommend a stay here and we have rated it in our top 10 bnb’s.

A beautiful place to stay, clean and tidy, excellent amenities, appreciated coffee maker and air fryer in kitchen. Washing machine and dryer was a bonus. Perfect for our family. Everyone loved the place. Excellent communication and friendly host. Can’t wait to return soon.

We had a fantastic stay at Diggers Beach! The place is incredibly spacious — much larger than it appears in the photos — spotlessly clean, and set in a peaceful, relaxing environment. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, and we highly recommend it!

Michelle's Seaside Sanctuary was beautiful and homely, perfect for a family of 4 adults. She provided lots of extras such as beach towels, sun cream, biscuits, breakfast cereal and lovely shower gels/shampoo/conditioner. I just loved sitting in the egg chair on the large balcony listening to the birds in the breeze.. it is 5 min walk to jetty where there are several restaurants and beach is a similar distance. we would highly recommend this Airbnb and would return again in a heart beat

Spacious townhouse close to the beach, great restaurants and cafes. Grace gave detailed instructions for gaining access to the property and its location in Sawtell. All emails were responded to very quickly which was great. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely come back and next time stay longer as there is so much to do in Sawtell and the surrounding areas.

Our family of four adults had a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay. The house was fresh, clean, and tidy, with comfy beds that made us feel right at home. All the necessary facilities were available, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. What stood out the most was the peaceful and quiet location. We loved waking up early to catch the sunrise, taking long walks on the beach, and falling asleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean. Dining on the deck with the refreshing seabreeze was a highlight of our evenings. We’d definitely love to return and make more memories here!

After more than 100 AirBnB stays in 14 years, this might be my favorite. It is right across the street from one of Australia's best longboard point breaks. The great deck has ocean and sunset views. But what made this one outstanding were the amenities. It's the little thoughtful touches that make an AirBnB feel like home. Like a legit espresso machine with espresso cups AND a knock box so you can empty the grounds from the filter holder, nobody has that in an Airbnb. And beach towels with plenty of racks to hang them to dry. The surfboard storage had artificial grass, so you don't ding your boards. There were books and board games. There was also plenty of room for everyone to sit on the deck and relax or eat, with comfy cushions for the furniture. The hosts even offered to let us arrive early and leave a bit later without us having to ask, which made our trip less stressful. The ratings are real. This place is a delight, and we will be back - for longer next time.
