Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Saphan Sung

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Max’s place. The accommodation was very clean, and everything we needed was perfectly prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, and there were absolutely no bugs. Max responded quickly to all our requests and handled everything proactively. He was truly kind and nice. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at Max’s amazing place!

Had a 4D4N stay with girlfriends for a bridesmaid trip. Had a late touch down and Chawalit was an excellent host. Greeted us and gave us a tour around the house. The house was exactly like the pictures!! Cosy and pretty, great for big groups of friends who likes to chit chat. Chawalit was an excellent host, going above and beyond and had prompt and quick replies to our queries!! I would highly recommend this place.

Eugene is friendly, responsive. The place is perfect, there were 9 of us and the location was quite quiet. It is easily accessible with the Grab app (check-in and checkout) and perfectly clean.

Love the place, hard to find a place with multiple rooms and with chill balcony areas, perfect place to hangout with friends. Daily housekeeping is nice. Real 3mins walk to Asok station and terminal 21. Will definitely come visit again <3

A relaxing environment surrounded by local delights. Artistic workpieces enhanced the homestay experience. The host is also responsive to request. This place is bang for "bhat".

We stayed with 6 people and 1 child. It's great to have a toilet and bathroom in each room, and there are a lot of beds. Local food is nearby. There are many. It is a good location to go anywhere. also, tak is always flexible They were accommodating, so we We had a good time. Thank you. Thank you again.

We stay at this beautiful bnb for five days, it was great. We enjoyed it a lot. The star is this private outside area, we spent a lot of time there, if the lights outside were fixed that would be perfect. But overall, I would revisit again in the future for sure

We had a great stay, clean and match the descriptions. Room is big and has a great view. Would be excellent if had dryer machine but just washer machine alone is nice enough. We will definitely be back next time when we are in BKK.

My second time staying at their listing and first time at the Normman. Tucked away from the bustling main road.. the area is safe and peaceful in between two BTS stations that can be reached easily within minutes. My unit was a lot nicer and bigger than the picture, the perfect setting to have our makeup and hair done by a team in our living room. Every details were very thoughtful, from the unlimited mineral water stocks to the common space to store our luggage after check out. Pridi and June managed to reply my messages within minutes and always happy to assist. I just know they have a thing with hospitality business and their place feels nothing but home <3 will always come back to Bangkok and trying their other listings too!

The location was perfect with plenty of great shopping and dinning options around. The room was well decorated as per the listing and it was honestly a cosy home away from home! My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Hanh’s lovely place, it is truly spacious and very convenient within walking distance to BTS. We had some house matters during our stay but Hanh responded very promptly and addressed them within the same day. I would definitely recommend this place for your next Bangkok visit!

We had a great stay at Ivan's place, location is superb, less than 5 minutes walk to On Nut BTS and there is a 7eleven right outside the entrance, which is super convenient. The apartment itself is a good size for 2 people, overall it was a comfortable stay. The only small improvement would be the bathroom light, as it was a bit dim for my liking.

Its a great and convenient place for family. Walking distance to both bts and mrt, 5-10 mins wall to terminal 21, very cozy place, due to in the middle of commercial area, night is quite noisy, however its a super convenient area. Very clean, fakily friendly, easy to access

The accommodation was great, perfectly provided as what been described, its easier for grab to drive in and also the amenities were at a easy reach. The only problem was the water pressure sometimes works great, somedays just no existence but definitely not the host fault since its the building facility water pressure. Other than that, will definitely recommend and prolly book again for my next stay in BKK

This is a great place to explore Sukhumvit area, especially if want nighlife and restaurants close by on Soi 11 and one of the areas the best rooftop bars, Above Eleven. The unit itself is a small footprint for this building, however, it makes up for it with 3 balconies and windows stretching along both sides of the whole unit. A washer outside adds value and the unit is super clean and there is workout facilities and a pool on the top of the building. The host does a great job preparing the unit, offering extra towels and is super responsive and offers a flexible check in and a nice bed.

Perfect location for all the sights of Bangkok. Large apartments with all the amenities you could need. The host is very responsive and very proactive which makes life easy. Highly recommended.

Look no further if you want to stay near Mega Bangna Mall as it is just across the street. Ryan is a super host ready to welcome us and showed us around very patiently in answering all our questions making sure we are comfortable. Even thought it’s so close to the mall there’s friendly free shuttle to take you back to the condo which is a plus when you are loaded with shopping bags. Thank you Ryan!

A very very convenient location, subway station is just few mutinies walking away, Westgate shopping mal few stations away, there are lots shops available. The place is well maintain, everything is clean also has nice view from balconies. Convenient store just downstairs, so is self serve laundry store. Suwaida is very responsive and helpful too. Definitely worth the price.

I had a lovely time at Za's home. I had a beautiful view of the river. The area felt very high end and luxurious. A great getaway from the noisy streets of Bangkok.
