great retreat house for a group of people,. everything you need is there. nearby beautiful paths to walk among river. great and helpful host.

We were very happy with the visit. My girlfriend has health problems and we needed a quiet and peaceful place for her to relax. Nuala's place fits this description. It is situated in an unfinished golf resort in the middle between Kostenets and Dolna Banya. There are beautiful views towards the mountain. During the week there was almost no one else in the resort and so we could see all kinds of birds around us by just looking through the windows - including pheasants, hawks and owls. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would be happy to visit again

We loved the stone villa - beautiful house, looks just like the photos (quite exceptional in Bulgaria!), the boys loved the fitness and sauna!

Old-style big house, with magic atmosphere. Equipped with modern devices. The filling was like at warm home where you stay complete alone. The wonderful surplice was the piano! During the stay the stove stopped working, and the host brought the replacement stove on the next day. It was very special stay, thank you Stefan!

One word, just amazing place and owner. He was so happy to assist and answer any question, and even was willing to pick us up from the airport. We were 2 adults who investigated the location for a future stay of 5 people. This apartment has it all: stove, hot plate, coffee machine, shower over a tub with jets (just amazing!), towels, bathrobes, wood for the fireplace, separate toilet and shower rooms, huge balcony facing the night slopes, ski-in and ski-out access, free use of the hotel pool, fast wifi,additional cost for usage of the hotel spa, restaurant (25 for breakfast and 50 for dinner per person), ski room, bar, and much more. The downsides: * Only one toilet. issue for five people. * No blinds in one bedroom & living room. * No kettle & microwave. * Sufficient hot water for 2 baths; after that, you need to wait one hour for hot water. * Low water pressure in the shower. * No clothes drying rack to dry ski clothes. * Shared balcony with the owner's apartment.

Nina and Vladimir communicated very quickly and kindly. There were things for every need in the apartment. It was an incredibly beautifully designed very high quality furnished apartment. It was quite close for location and ski resort, we walked 12 minutes to the ski resort every day. It was a very pleasant stay.

One of the best Airbnb's that I we've visited. The place was perfect and really felt like home. Kitchen was full with every appliance and utensil that you'll ever need. Everything was stylish and high-end. During the day the view was breathtaking and combined with the fire from the fireplace at night added up for an amazing experience. Many thanks to the host for the warm welcome and the hospitality. Can't wait to visit again!

The place is in a nice hotel hotel. Really nice interior and has every amenity for a stay for 2. Looks like in the photos. It is walkable to the lifts and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone who wants to spend some great days in the mountain!

This is an incredibly well organized small, quite and feel at home place. It has everything you need both for a short and longer stay. Everything in Borovets - skiing areas, horse riding places, restaurants, shops, bus stops etc, is nearby and on a short walking distance. You have an amazing place, Fani and Alex. Thank you for having us in it; we'll definitely come back!

Had a wonderful stay at Asen’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, close to the city centre . The host was amazing , very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Blagoevgrad!

The villa is cosy and spacious. It has 2 fireplaces on the ground floor that make the evenings charming. The rooms are clean, the garden is fantastic for playing with the kids, or relaxing in the afternoon with a book on the grass. The area is quiet, you can hear the birds singing! Really, there is nothing that can make your stay unpleasant! We would definitely come back another time!

The place was very clean and tidy and it is very well equipped with everything one might need. It is not far away from the highway in a remote small village. We felt at home immediately and it was perfect for 1 night stay. Owner’s parents met us but they spoke only bulgarian and that was a bit of a challange, but in the end everything worked out ok. We would love to come back in the future.

It is important to know that air conditioning is only available in the living room. The house is very beautiful and also the yard. The kitchen is well-equipped, and all of Neri and beautiful. Driveway is bumpy, which can cause low vehicle damage.

Nice, cozy and big house. It is suitable for large groups. About parking, no problem you can park 4 cars in the yard of the house. We were 12 people, distributed in 6 rooms, each with an ensuite. The dining room and hall are quite spacious. No problem at all we were getting together. Also there are 2 shared restrooms near the dining area. There was fast internet throughout the house.. Certainly the other amenities - billiards, fireplace, bbq, appliance, big yard all like in the description. I recommend and will come again for sure!
