The site is very peaceful. Easy to arrive, with only a few meters without asphalt. Ricardo was very kind and welcomed us very well.

what I can say is that Sabrina's house, to find itself, in a great location and a quiet neighborhood... have been very friendly and attentive,. We love it!

The house is new and everything is very neat, tasteful and clean. It is comfortable and well equipped. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, close to the city center, with easy access to the city's main tourist attractions. The host was very kind, always available with fast and accurate communication. I highly recommend it and plan to come back.

The condominium was the star of its time, and still remains well preserved, with courts, pools and well-kept surroundings. The apartment is renovated and newer than the others, small and functional with good bed and shower! It already has bed and bath linens! For those with children, note that the condominium works completely only in season, and some things only on weekends. The pool is not heated, it is air-conditioned with the famous "ice break".

Very good accommodation. We stay at Flat with our family. The Quisisana condominium space is great so we went to the apartment to eat and sleep basically. Everything is very well resolved with the woodwork and very good furniture. The bathroom is a plus because it is very large and renovated. We'll be back for sure.

We very much like the accommodation offered by Hélio, the concern of the host to offer the best experience is noticeable, the flat has new furniture and appliances, we found the flat very clean and organized and accommodated perfectly my family. Hélio responds very quickly and has always maintained contact making available to assist in whatever was necessary. The condominium has an excellent leisure structure, with swimming pools and sports court.

We visited the Guaspari winery and we chose to stay in Viviane's apartment by the proximity. It was a good choice! We feel safe and comfortable, in addition to the proximity to the downtown area, where there are several restaurants, squares, etc.

The apartment is extremely cozy, we stay in 3 adults and we are comfortable. The condominium is a spectacle, surrounded by nature, has a lake, discovered pool, heated indoor pool, ofurô, saunas, restaurant, cafe, market and has a great location. During the season there are some attractions such as dance lessons, parties etc. Talita is a great host, extremely polite and easy to communicate, I highly recommend hosting and sure when I return to Poços, I will be staying with her again.

We spent an extended weekend here with family. 8 adults and 5 children. We had a wonderful time. The house is equipped with everything you need in terms of utensils, pots, pans, barbecue and more. The bedrooms are comfortable and the space is extremely large. The layout is also great and the surroundings are beautiful. There is a river, cows across the river, lots of green space and a pool. There is a bluetooth speaker, pool table, card table, and even some pool floats/noodles. It is a really great property and the host is helpful and responsive. They even visited us and had some birthday cake one day!

We spent 4 days on Paolo's Airbnb on 2 couples and 2 dogs, at the turn of 2024 to 2025. The listing accurately describes the location and we were able to enjoy everything, like barbecue, pizza oven and swimming pool. The beds were comfortable and clean, as were the rest of the house. We used absolutely everything in the kitchen to cook every day. On the first day we met Paolo, who showed great willingness to offer us a quality stay. The housekeeper is also very kind and helped us whenever we need it. The highlight is to see that most of the farm animals walk loose and enjoy nature! It has from ducks, chicken, dogs, cats and chicks! All living together in harmony and loose. The housekeeper takes very good care of the place. The only point of improvement are some leaks that fall in the rooms in moments of heavy rain, but it is something already expected in an old house. We changed the bed of the place and life that follows. No doubt we recommend and will be back for sure!!

The place is perfect ... Completely according to the photos and descriptions. Transmite peace and quiet. Surrounded by nature. In addition to the total availability of Mrs. Maria (mother of Mauritius, who resides next door) of the accommodation. She and Marcelo (Mauricio's brother) were super proactive and supportive. In addition to Maurício himself and wife who passed through there and gave us full attention. I wanted to live there🙈... You can go, certain that everything you see in the photos corresponds to what you will find. The village make the most of that paradise.

Very cozy place, with lots of things to do on the property, the mini goat farm gives a special touch. Very clean and well equiped! The Juliana that received us very attentive, gave tips of the city! It's well worth it, we hope to return soon!

The place is excellent, much more beautiful than the pictures are able to show. The house is very large and very comfortable, it makes us feel at home.
