Excellent stay. Clean and tidy house, quiet place, impeccable swimming pool, good barbecue, all nearby trade such as bakeries, pharmacies, markets, etc. I recommend it.

Best house I have ever stayed at the Carnival of São João da Barra. Very clean house, great bathrooms, great rooms, clean pool, Wi-Fi, new tv, great leisure space with pool and João Paulo always attentive with us, we hope to return for sure.

We loved staying at Márcio's place. He is an excellent host, receives us explaining the operation of the house. The very comfortable suite. The other two large bedrooms. excellent outdoor space. We found a fixed barbecue and a small one with the possibility of being closer to the pool. Two refrigerators in the kitchen, which helped a lot. another positive point was the possibility of using air conditioning in the bedrooms paying a fee of 25.00 for air conditioning, but this is optional. our weekend was wonderful! thank you Marcio.

We really like the space, very well thought out and bathrooms for all the bedrooms. We felt a bit of heat because we kept the house totally closed and it was very hot in the days we stayed and the fan did not flow. Very considerate when we made requests and agile in their resolution. House next to the shops.

The house is very nice and fresh. The pool was super clean the entire time of the stay. The only thing is that the kitchen is outside the house, which makes it not practical.
