We had a wonderful stay at Victoria’s place. As we were arriving late, we were concerned about a late checkin but it was not a problem. Our host was flexible and very responsive. Whenever there was a question, we were able to get an answer quickly. The house is lovely and a short walk to the shops and beach. Plenty of restaurants to try out. I only wish the weather had been a bit better! Thank you Victoria for hosting us.

Perfect stay, Anna Maria is a very welcoming host, with lots of small touches, always available. The apartment is very well furnished, well-equipped, and very clean. Parking nearby, secure. very easy to get to Barcelona with the metro or bus. we had a very pleasant stay, I highly recommend this apartment!

I spent a few days in the apartment with my wife, our daughter, and my parents. The apartment is extremely cosy, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. It has lovely natural light during the day and a beautiful view overlooking an internal courtyard. We truly enjoyed our stay, it felt just like home.

Upon arrival we were informed that the apt we booked was not available so another apt was substituted. Therefore I cannot give feedback re: the apt in the listing BUT the substitution was located right in the Barcelona cathedral square just a very short walk to Las Ramblas and many other historic quarters. Great shopping, restaurants, bars, art installations, street musicians and artists. Very vibrant and fun. Walkable to Sagrada Familia, waterfront and so many other attractions. The washer and Nespresso machine were greatly appreciated. Clean bathroom and plenty of hot water

Nice apartment with incredible views close to BCN

Simply a lovely apartment with the most beautiful views of the city and water. Alberto was nice to help when I contacted him-we also had to check out a little later. I wouldn't recommend using the kitchen for larger meals, but it can be used for cold meals. We had a great stay and will definitely come again!

My daughters and I had a great time at Silvia‘s place. The house was exactly how it was described. Communication with Silvia was not only efficient but also extremely friendly. We felt very welcomed by her and can recommend her house 100%. The location in Vilassar de Mar was three minutes from the beach and train station with very good connections to Barcelona (30 min). Tapas bars in Vilassar de Mar are tasty!

Apartment was clean free of clutter comfortable with all the amenities needed for our stay. We cooked almost every day and I loved the full Stove/oven. The washer is also a drier and that was very convenient as well. Location is unbeatable super close to casa batlo and walkable to all the attractions. The hosts were great with communication, flexible and very proactive. Would recommend 100%

Great place to stay while in Barcelona! Right next to a metro stop, at one end of La Rambla for shopping and restaurants. On 6th floor with an elevator, quiet for being in the heart of the city (minimal noise, but to be expected for location). Marco and Amalia were responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Bego & Juan’s place is well situated 3 minutes walking distance from Playa de Barceloneta, grocery store is 3 minutes walking distance from the flat which is also very nice, you can try tapas & drinks at the square near the flat. Houselord was very responsive and helpful with the tips about local attractions and things to do. Flat is very cozy and everything you will need during your stay is there.

We had a fabulous few days on Rogers Boat, Rogers son was a fabulous host, great recommendations, super speedy responding to any queries we had. We had a wonderful trip to Barcelona ! Jorge is the perfect host, very reactive, kind and nice ! He gave us every useful information, his loft was even better than on the photos, beautiful, clean, with every necessary furniture and equipment, in a beautiful quarter of Barcelona and a lot of cultural places, restaurants, shops and much more close to it. I warmly recommand it !

We had a lovely stay. The location of the apartment is fine – the metro is right around the corner which is very convenient. However, it should be taken into account that you are about an hour per route to get to the main attractions. It was a bit tedious for us, but overall the stay was pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! Everything was perfect — the place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, close to everything we needed. Absolutely loved this place! The pictures and description of the home was accurate and Jose Enrique was a great help throughout our stay. We loved the outdoor area and had great communication with him whenever we needed anything. While it is a bit far away from the city it is completely worth it for some peace and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. The photos are accurate. The garden is very nice and very well maintained by Susanna who maintains him daily. We were able to enjoy the large swimming pool which is very nice with the high heat of the area as well as the fruit and vegetables from the garden. Susanna and Juan are very welcoming and share their knowledge of the area . We had a great holiday!
