This is a perfect location for a group. Each room is essentially an efficiency apartment with a small kitchen and bath. The history is evident and I love this part of the city. I recommend it highly. The pool however does not get much sun, but it’s charming and good for a dip!

The home was one street away from the malecon. There was private parking. The house was spotless and the beds comfortable. I would come back without hesitation.

It has many facilities to be comfortable and it is also an efficiently organized space. • An easy and very efficient arrival. • Necessary features available at all times such as microwave, refrigerator, basic eating utensils for two people, coffee maker, iron and more... •Hygiene was excellent. Everything was clean and in order. • Basic needs available such as towels, soap, shampoo up to conditioner and much more... In conclusion the stay was perfect thanks to the comfort of this beautiful place.✅️

very nice everything in order clean great value i enjoy my stay next to el malecon hot water is a little tricky to get it starting, couldn't figure out how to turn jacuzzi on but i was busy with other things so didn't bother i would definitely recommend it to anyone she is a great host ,and i would stay there again in future visits

It is a perfect, comfortable, spacious and very safe place....Close to the Colonial Zone, and in an area of many restaurants and tourist attractions...I have been to different places, and nothing compared, this is the best option to be.

had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great. I arrived really late (1am) and HOST had everything set up for me to easily have access to the house. Once inside the property itself was stunning - beautifully maintained and spacious, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and everything was spectacular. The home is in a small gated community with plenty of doors that you can lock to separate you from the hustle and bustle. Book this home, located in one of the best areas in Santo Domingo.

I've lived 2½ hours away from Santo Domingo for 4 years and have visited the Zona Colonial many times. I love staying there for the history, restaurants, atmosphere, etc. I've always tried to stay on Calle Conde in a hotel with a balcony. But always enjoyed getting away from that tourist area and especially enjoyed walking down the streets where this house sits. Old women sweeping there sidewalk outside of the house they've lived in forever. Little fruit markets. Locals playing dominos. The real Zona Colonial. I took a gamble and reserved this house for 3 nights. Then I got nervous because my girlfriend had never been to Calle Conde. I worried that this old house would be small and lack the contemporary styling that makes us all feel like we are living good. Wrong. This place was way beyond my expectations. Updated with all modern desires, decorated with fabulous taste, We both absolutely loved it. Close to everything. Just walk. uh-oh..... no more charat
