We went for a night in Campos do Jordão and the stay with Denis served us very well. Good location and lots of blankets for the city's cold.

Absurdly pleasant location! In addition, Renata and Rafael are extremely helpful, provide local tips and are always available. The place is gorgeous, comfortable and well located. The breakfast is delicious and Renata always makes a coffee in the afternoon. I highly recommend it!

Unique Experience! This accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way: receptivity, cleanliness, organization and sensitivity. My husband and I are completing a year of marriage and this tour was to celebrate. I commented on the fact when I made the reservation ( about 2 months before the trip) and soon upon arrival, in addition to having been extremely well received, we were surprised by a beautiful surprise in our chalet. The chalet was pristinely clean and the photos accurately reflect all the details of the site. You can go without fear! The breakfast is a separate treat: served in the chalet and totally customizable, even for those who have unusual tastes like my husband and I (rs). Everything comes very fresh and of high quality! You can see the care in the selection of items and the whimsy in the organization of everything. I am pregnant and had not commented when I made the reservation, but the people of the inn noticed and once again surprised us, after returning from a walk, we found a card and a little gift for our baby and we have no words to thank! It was a unique affection!! We were very spoiled on these days, as a courtesy there was hot chocolate, broths and even fondue. We get tips from city restaurants, tours and I can tell you that we feel welcomed at all times, sorry that the weekend went so fast rs To Ewerton, Diego and all the staff of the bed and breakfast, we can only thank you for the experience of such a pleasant and happy weekend. Excellent stay, exactly as advertised. Cozy place for couple (smaller chales) and in my case for family that are the biggest chales, we were super well attended and we will come back whenever we can!

The place surprised us positively, it is better than in the pictures. Breakfast was a differential, very good ❤️ Host always responding to us quickly, giving tips of restaurants, places… A suggestion would be a ofurô or pool, to take advantage of this beautiful view that the cottage provides, it would be a differential. The city is very small, there is not much to do, some very good restaurants, and the high-pitched peak that is worth knowing. But for those looking to rest and escape the rush, will like it !

The stay was excellent! The inn, a little away from the center, offers a beautiful view and a quiet environment (great for those looking for rest). Everything was impeccable, exactly as in the pictures, with cleaning and daily change of bed and bath linens. Although the internet signal is weak in the area, the hostel's Wi-Fi works well, and the check-in instructions were clear, ensuring that we organized ourselves before we lost the signal. The service was impeccable, highlighting the friendliness and kindness of Dona Maria Helena. We recommend it!

The stay was great, everything very clean, the reception was very good, including Luana together with the other girl (who do not remember the name), the place is beautiful, quiet , total tranquility day and especially the night... Very well cared place, simple coffee, more perfect. Congratulations

Our stay at the Monte Moriá Chalé was a last-minute decision, but it was incredibly quiet. We made the reservation early and we were promptly served by Camila, and all the other staff were very nice. The cottage is a grace and very comfortable, and the infrastructure of the place is quite wide, with pool and playground around the cottages. Chalé 3 had everything we needed. In the morning we were surprised with a delicious breakfast basket, and throughout our stay, we had the pleasant company of a friendly caramel dog. Despite the internet oscillation, this did not pose a big problem as we took the opportunity to enjoy a good wine under a starry sky. Sure, we'll return.

The guesthouse is wonderful, a quiet and quiet place. Impeccable check-in support at checkout. All employees were extremely polite and considerate. The attention and affection shown to my little pet daughter (a Shih-Tzu) made all the difference in my stay. When we arrived the room was already clean, tidy. Smelly bathroom with very white towels, and a very relaxing shower. Full and delicious breakfast and also with extra options such as gourment eggs and tapioca (included in the daily rate). In the evening, after 7pm, you can ask them to light the ground fire in the garden and enjoy a good wine (all within the daily rate). This was definitely the best bed and breakfast I have ever stayed in Campos do Jordão and I will definitely stay at Pousada Hotelã again. Thank you to all collaborators for the welcome.

Great location, close to the main square but at the same time very quiet with a beautiful view of the mountains. The only suggestion I give would be to put a minibar in the room. Apart from that all perfect.

No reviews for our stay, we love everything in every detail. The shower is super warm, which makes the difference on cold days, all very clean and cozy. Breakfast is delicious, everyone is to be congratulated, we will come back more often. Another very important thing, is from the thieves of the Baden Baden factory:)
