Wonderful stay, the Depto is much better and bigger than how it is seen in the photos, Matías's attention is frankly remarkable, he was attentive to all inquiries, also the attention of Jorge el Conerje who supported us at all times; commenting that we retired early and coming down near Farellones, we stopped carabineros, noting that only from 3:00 pm it could be lowered (4 hours still waiting in the car), talking to Matias saved us with a late check-out, so we returned and could wait comfortably in his Depto. We will definitely be back and recommend it. Best, René San Martín

The apartment is spotless, the decor is very nice, good beds, sheets and towels, the kitchen is very well equipped, the location is excellent, the building works perfect, entrances, exits, elevators, counseling. The view from the terrace where the pool is located is amazing. Yamile very friendly, and correct to give the directions, was very flexible, since we made a change of dates and was willing to help us. Ideal to spend a few days in a nice area, accessible, and close to commercials.

The apartment was such as the pictures posted. Overall, it was all good. Rent the dpt. the day before my arrival and Nastya's response was quick. I prepare everything just one day ahead. Some points that could be improved: there was only 1 single towel /Some night table was missing in the room where things could be supported (there was a puff but couldn't stand rigid things like a glass). Another point that for me was not important, but would be desirable: the dining room does not have TV. The armchair is not very comfortable, with which it is an environment that is lost due to its little use. Beyond this, it's a good dpto para stay. Slds!

Very comfortable apartment. We travel for work 3 people and each one counted with their bedroom and bathroom. Linda location. We were walking towards several points of interest.

The apartment will forever be in my heart because of the beautiful view. Good location next to a shopping center and a couple of playgrounds across the street. Very kind and helpful host and his brother who helps him. Heating through the floor - very cozy. Highly recommended. Just in case - the second bedroom is super small, for a child 7-14 years old, but you can sleep on the sofa in the hall too.

Great apartment with amazing views and direct ski-in/ski-out access to the gondola or Valven double chair. Comfortable layout for our family of 4 (2 adults/2 kids), very well-equipped kitchen, clean, excellent heating, friendly & helpful staff and nice amenities including ski/snowboard equipment storage, hot tub/sauna (reservation required with concierge), elevators, underground parking and easy walkability to Valle Nevado's services and restaurants. Very good communications from Daniel, we recommend this accommodation in Valle Nevado.

Everything was perfect, from the first minute Ximena was attentive to every detail and the communication was fluid. The dpto is in a super quiet area and within walking distance of everything (mall, park, metro, markets) the pools of the building are a ten to relax. I will definitely return

The view from the balcony of the 37th floor, on which it is located, is amazing. The pool and gym are great. All photos match the description provided. Gaston and Benjamin were super attentive to answer messages and be aware of our stay. Surely on our next trip to Santiago we will stay in this apartment.

We really liked the place with my family, we bathed limb in the pool and the jacuzzi my daughters enjoyed limb. the second floor is spacious, very good disposition don Manuel with the issue of check-out, nothing to say, we would go again.

Sebastians house is absolutely next level, so well designed and comfortable with so many things to enjoy. I was there with my family, with two kids under 4 and they loved the play room and home cinema, as well as the trampoline and huge backyard. My husband and I loved the sauna and hot tub as well. The location is great, very close to parks and restaurants and shops, and not too far from Las Condes, or from Valle Nevado for a snow trip. Sebastian was a great host, very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.
