Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Santiago

Departmento in a good location, close to main roads. There are several convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Very well-equipped, clean and spacious. The hosts were very friendly and always on the lookout. I recommend it to come sightseeing by Monterrey.

Blanca and her husband were very friendly. My plane arrive late at night, and they waited for me to check in. They even gave me a ride to a taco place near by. Thank you Blanca!

Great view to start every morning you wake up. Cerro de la sia can be seen from the bed as you are laying down. Very cozy and easy to feel comfortable in. Reception is very helpful and friendly. Downtown Monterrey is only a short Uber away. I will be returning. Absolutely. Gracias por todo Wanda!

Excellent place

As for the apartment, everything was excellent, clean, comfortable, nice, everything working perfectly. The owner is always very friendly. The only bad thing is that at the reception they serve you very badly, the girl was rude, as soon as she answered what you asked her. Other than that, everything is excellent!!

Nice place to stay... easy to access and clean

It is a very comfortable place depending on the area you go, if you mainly go to foundidora it is ideal because it is two blocks away walking. Very good host, always helpful.

The house was perfect for my family and I. We really enjoyed our stay. I loved that every bedroom has the restroom and shower. Great location close to every thing.

We enjoyed a quiet place 15 minutes from monterrey where if you could see the stars , we wait in summer to go to enjoy the pool

Pretty nice! Comfortable and pleasant, it was close (we took a car) to the center and some places of interest, I would recommend more attention to cleaning, but from there everything is great.

An excellent location and a very good host

The apartment is easy to find, we had previously stayed in these buildings but different street. The host was always attentive and friendly, anything was pending. The area is quiet, there is a supermarket nearby, several restaurants, laundry services, hospital, pharmacy and public transport. Close to shopping plazas, even though the buildings may be similar I never had issues with Uber apps. The only thing to consider is that it does not count on elevator and is located to the top floor so it's up stairs. Outside of that it was a pleasant stay.

The room is clean, has a good view, what is shown in photos is what it is. The super good person in charge. It is located near the central area of MTY, you can walk without difficulty, the metro line is close as is a Seven Eleven.

The location is very good as there are quite a few shops and shops around. Also, as a 15 minute walk you can get to the center. Eduardo communicated and gave us clear instructions for arrival also allowed us to enter before the time. The only detail is that the apartment is small so it can be a little uncomfortable, however I would stay again as I really liked the location
