The house is very welcoming with an unbeatable view and just a short walk from the little school. Pio was very friendly, and Don Victor was always available to help us with anything we needed.

Isolda's house is fantastic, very nice, with a terrace that allows you to have snacks with the city lights behind... and with very nice neighbors that we found every day on the common patio/terrace. The house is not read from shops or buses, metro or trolleybus. Very good address in Valparaiso and with a very nice family!

Cozy shelter, well located near the ski resorts. Host is very friendly and takes care of keeping the place warm and tidy. Only thing to note is access to the accommodation is difficult and there is no wifi. Overall good experience and stay and we recommend it.

Beautiful place, just like the photos and very spacious. It also has many comforts when leaving in a group and Jaime is always very attentive to answering everything. Also, a very quiet place for a special getaway with children. We will definitely be back!

We frequently use Airbnb and I write short responses. This is the longest I have written because Mauricio, and his apartment at Valle Nevado were truly outstanding. First, Mauricio proactively provided recommendations at the time of booking and before arrival. It was also the only time we met at host in-person. He and his friend helped us with ski bags. The location was first floor which is the easiest of the 8 story building for ski in/out. We were steps from the ski room and access door to the slopes. We often grilled after skiing while watching our kids play in the snow in the evenings. The views were incredible. The 3 bedrooms worked perfectly for our family of 5--our boys 8 and 10 loved the bunk room while our daughter, age 12, enjoyed her space. The water pressure was the best I have ever experienced--no water savers like the USA makes me jealous. If you are debating which apartment to lease, stop now and book this one. You won't be disappointed!

Great stay right on the mountain. Really appreciated the fact that someone was always close by to help with misc needs like laundry, grill running out of gas, etc. all very helpful things in a remote location like this.

This was my second stay in this apartment and continue to highly recommend it! Great location and it has all the basics that you need.

The apartment was great for 4 people, each with their own room, and very convenient to Valle Nevado and the slopes. The ski in and ski out was very easy. A couple of quick things to help others ... If you plan on eating at the apartment, it may be best to bring food from Santiago as there isn't much shopping up on the mountain (there is a little market about 100 meters from the apartment, but they didn't have a ton of stuff, but had snacks, etc.) They take reservations for the Valle Nevado restaurants in the lobby of the Puerta del Sol hotel (3 minute walk) every morning at 8am, so if you want reservations for that night just walk up there around 7:45. Otherwise, dinner tables at the best times can be very hard to get in the evening. Be sure to download the directions from the link before you head up the mountain. We would rent the same apartment next year/every year. It was very easy and all of the neighbors in the building were very nice.

Our stay at the cabin was excellent. The place is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by nature and very easy to get to. The cabin has all the amenities, as well as the gazebo and the pool, which were perfect to enjoy as a family. We especially want to highlight Marisol's attention, who was always attentive to what we needed and was very kind at all times. Definitely a place to go back to!
