I would only recommend paying a little more attention to cleaning and maintaining the apartment inside before delivering to the next guest, since some things/furniture are somewhat deteriorated. 100% recommended place to stay!

Beautiful view of the Andes mountains. The apartment is very nice, very clean, and well-stocked. It is so helpful when Airbnb apartments have salt and this apartment had plenty of salt! The building has a gym and a pool that is open in the summer. It is near the Bellas Artes metro station so it is very fun and convenient.

great point to visit the historic center on foot and any other subway place because the Lá Moneda station is next door. There is a market next door too, very useful for optimizing shopping, snacks. Extremely cordial and friendly reception staff. Mariana received me and took me to the market to show me where it was, even though it was 2 minutes away. It was exactly functional and I highly recommend it.

The apartment is comfortable, safe and in a good location

I love staying in this building. I have stayed there many times and Elias has a very nice unit. It is very clean and well furnished. The pillows are comfortable. The building has a gym and a pool (summer only). It’s right next to a supermarket and 1 block from metro Bellas Artes. The view is also nice.

It was a great place to stay. My friend and I felt very comfortable there and did not want to leave. It was a little dusty when we arrived, and the window is not 100% soundproof but other that I had no problems with it. Great location close to the subway, and very convenient that there were laundry machines and driers on the top floor. We would definitely stay again if we had the chance.

Alejandra is very accessible, always attentive and responds quickly. The apartment is beautiful, quiet, safe, quality bed and sofa-bed, and had everything for the stay to be quiet. We felt at home.

The stay turned out quite well, according to the published and Galina was very attentive about communicating the news of the building, use of the apartment and giving facilities at check-in. The apartment is 3 blocks from the metro Santa Isabel so it is very practical in locomotive issues. During my stay I had no problems with annoying noises or security.

Everything was as shown in the photos, I had everything the listing said. Locomotion, supermarket, and drugstore nearby. The concierges are very friendly. Recommended

The apartment is very close to the metro and markets, besides being able to walk quietly to the attractions of the city center, such as the Palace of La Moneda, Plaza de Armas, etc. The TV room has Netflix for those who want to get some rest. The shower is great, hot water for the mornings and cold nights. The room has a little car noise because it is close to an avenue, but nothing to hinder the stay, anything just to turn on the fan that disguises the sound. Miguel always careful and kind, offering support and recommendations, as well as making himself available for whatever he needed. I highly recommend this home, met your expectations well.

The apartment is super spacious and cozy, it has all the amenities that are needed for a quiet and hassle-free stay. Carolina is a super good host who cared about everything until she even left a mini pantry. In terms of location, it is super close to the Rodrigo de Araya metro approximately 1 block, also in front of the apartment, micro paraderos has excellent connectivity if you are not located in Santiago.

We found the accommodation excellent to be passing through Santiago, I had everything mentioned and in a very quiet sector and with business nearby! The apartment is super clean, tidy and with everything you need! Also the host is very kind, worried and attentive! We will be back!
