Beautiful comfortable and authentic house, beautifully renovated, where it is cool even in high heat. The view of the rooms is splendid. Géraldine is very welcoming. Stresa is a 10-minute walk away, a little more on the way back because the slope is steep but it's a pleasure to be able to do everything without a car. We had an excellent week and we will be back for sure!

Had an unforgettable stay. The house is spacious, has everything you need, an extremely well-equipped kitchen, several balconies from which you could look into the beautiful valley and enjoy the fresh mountain air. We felt extremely comfortable and would recommend Casa Ursula to anyone looking for a quiet retreat in nature. Thank you!

We were there with 3 families including 4 children and it was a wonderful stay. The villa still exceeds the expectations you have through the photos. There are countless touches designed with a lot of taste and knowledge. The age and size of the villa mean that individual items are always broken, which did not disturb us. The Park is huge. In the edge areas of the park and at dusk you need a good mosquito spray. There are many small deciduous frogs in the meadow. Karim was a really warm and helpful host. He knows the history of the house in every detail and is a very entertaining and fun conversationalist.

We had a very nice holiday at Maria Antonietta's place. We were very warmly welcomed and even the fridge was stocked. The apartment is nice and offers plenty of space, the bed was also comfortable. The courtyard is great, you have direct access from all rooms - and our daughter was very happy about the slide:).

The house matches the photos, spacious, very beautiful house with beautiful quiet garden, beautiful environment, superb lake view, the photos do not pay homage. Painted ceilings have lots of charm. The house could be better equipped (coffee tables/clothing hangers/hanging racks… ) Access to the lake on foot, the city center and its restaurants are a 20 minute walk away The hospitality is exceptional thanks to Isabella who speaks French and recommends you lots of beautiful places!! Great family experience!!

A wonderful apartment with blinds!! With everything you need to make life. A terrace to enjoy a morning cafe where you will see go down and climb squirrels. The rooms are perfect. And the shower is a luxury, totally renovated. The location in wonderful zermatt without noise and a 2-minute walk from the meollo. Totally recommended and we would definitely come back. Thank you so much!! With the dwarf he had so many details, thank you so much for everything ❤️🫶🏻

Luca's house is exactly as described. It is very spacious with enough room for a family of 4 plus grandma. The terrace with the hammock is great. The center of Armeno is in walking distance with a nice supermarket and bakery. We appreciated the welcome basket very much. You have everything you can wish for in the kitchen (Nespresso machine, fridge, oven, etc). The garden is even larger then expected from the pictures. You have a nice view on the surrounding mountains from the garden as well as from the balcony. Really the only downside (as mentioned by other reviews already) are the mosquitos. There are very many of them and you need to come prepared. If we could have one wish it would be to install mosquito protection at the windows of the sleeping rooms so that you can have them open at night. We would love to come again thank Luca and Paola for their hospitality.

We really enjoyed our stay in Riccardo's place. The view is simply amazing and the apartment has everything you need (except WiFi, but I did not select that specifically when searching Airbnb for a place). Communication with Riccardo (and Paola) was quick and easy, and he even accommodated our desire to sleep in separate rooms quickly. Also the prompt instructions for the oven were super helpful. Thanks very much for letting us stay there. Highly recommended.
