Holiday rentals with a patio in Sant'Antioco

Riccardos Place is great to discover the southwest of Sardinia. You can watch the beautiful sunset directly from the terrace and enjoy your morning coffee with seaview as well. The apartment is equipped with all you could ask for a short stay. He was a very friendly and good host.

The village, although a little disastrous from the urban point of view, is in a beautiful location. The apartment is spacious and complete with everything you need. The view of the sea is very beautiful. A terrace is available on the kitchen floor where you can quietly dine and enjoy the sunset. Claudio and Francesca were not present but a relative welcomed us at check-in and check-out, giving us all the necessary information for the stay.

Anna Lisa was a great host. The apartment is central to everything and walking distance to spiaggia sottotorre. Great place to stay!

We were warmly welcomed by Morena, the daughter of the hosts. She had prepared for us a little attention in the form of something sweet, olive oil and liquor and even filled the fridge. She also gave us numerous great recommendations for beaches, excursions and restaurants – all were really excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the surroundings very quiet. Due to the central location of the property we were able to easily make various excursions, and the nearby beaches are among the most beautiful I have ever visited. From the terrace you can enjoy a fantastic view of the mountains and the sea. We didn't miss anything, and we felt like we were at home. The apartment was spacious, and I would book it again anytime! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

Great location set in a beautiful, well maintained garden with Pool (which is still closed at the moment before the season). 10min drive to Iglesias city centre and supermarkets, 25min to Nebida. Be sure to visit the impressive Grotte di S. Giovanni, 10min from the accommodation! We loved the archways around the house, which have some nice shade in the warm days.

Great experience with the Giacomo, always proactive and helpful. We manage to fix a small misunderstanding quickly. The house is in a very quite area, in the countryside, few km away from the village of San Giovanni and Sant'Antioco, very easy to reach. More than positive experience!

Very comfortable and functional apartment, well equipped, large, fresh, with a huge terrace overlooking nature for aperos and meals! Domusnovas is a peaceful little town super well located for visiting the south west of Sardinia. Lots of beautiful and very interesting sites 40 minutes around including Cagliari. Sebastiano is a very nice, kind and welcoming host. enough to have a very pleasant time.

We felt really at home and welcomed at Cynthia's place. The apartment has so much character and pretty details, which made it a lot nicer than other holiday lets or airbnbs. Cynthia was kind and helpful and we enjoyed the beautiful location, so near the village's port and coastline.

Favorite stay in a little piece of paradise. The outdoor spaces are simply magical. The house is embellished on the front with a pretty covered terrace that offers every night a sublime sunset as a show. At the back, a second terrace set around a small lush garden overlooks the house and offers a beautiful panorama of the valley. Walking access to a first beach is in a few minutes but you have to push further and wind into the hill to reach a small cove of all beauty, almost private with clear water where it's nice to spend the day. The hosts are of extreme kindness. It was a real pleasure to stay with them. Always available, we were able to communicate easily throughout the stay for advice on our questions Check in time, difficult to leave the house behind us. Looking forward to our next trip to Sardinia.

The beautiful, spacious apartment is one of four and has many private outdoor seating and a well-kept, shared pool. With our two small children we spent a wonderful 8 days here and enjoyed the pool for us very much, as none of the other apartments were occupied. The kitchen is well equipped, the apartment is sparkling clean. The beds were rather hard for our taste. Great for us were the mosquito nets on all the windows and the shutters to darken the rooms. Even though we didn't meet Rita in person, she was a wonderful host. Reachable at any time and made sure we had everything. We would highly recommend this place to families, couples, friends and many more and thank the hosts for everything.

House in a quiet area, very clean and equipped with every comfort. The owner was extremely kind and always helpful. The barbecue, parking space, and outdoor space were very much appreciated. We will definitely be back.

Superb house: clean, bright, well maintained, with comfortable beds, with lots of amenities and facilities, beach equipment,in a beautiful very quiet environment, close to the beautiful beaches of Chia by car. Thanks to Antonella and Francesco for their responsiveness and willingness to help and figure out the best solution. Comfort could be increased by a dishwasher or at least by the existence of hot water in the kitchen to do the dishes. It should be noted that the owners reserve the right to close rooms of their choice if the number of occupants is less than five. House to recommend with pleasure for a stay in Sardegne.

Good place for a couple of days close to Porto Pino

Definitely recommended apartment, well renovated and equipped with all services. Everything is comfortable and very suitable for a family of 4 people. We stayed in August and the air conditioning in the living area was a nice plus; the double bedroom was in some cases a little warm. There is also a parking space at the front door, but not used by us because our car is particularly low and the sidewalk is not too easy, but no problem finding parking nearby. There's a convenient supermarket right across the street for shopping. On foot you can reach the sea in a few minutes, but for the beaches it is necessary to take the car. The house is well connected to the main streets to get around the island.

great stay in this charming cottage, perfect for our family of 3 children! in these hot weather, the air conditioning was very appreciated, the house is in pristine condition, the bedding is good and the kitchen is very well-equipped! a real plus is all the touches left by Maria Elena: fresh water, tea, coffee, fruit juice, pasta, wine, Sardinian cakes and honey, as well as shampoo, laundry detergent, household products, tel chargers, ... in short, you feel like home! the proximity to the bakery and supermarket as well as the small shops in the city center are a real plus. From the island you can easily go to the nearby island of San Pietro and visit the south of Sicily and its beautiful beaches!

Fanny's apartment is truly a small Carlofortina gem. In the heart of downtown, very convenient to walk to clubs and restaurants, it was really a pleasant surprise.

The house is located in the center of Sant'Antioco , a stone's throw away you really have everything and, with the possibility of going around all the beaches of the wonderful island.

Ideally located to discover the Southwest of Sardinia. Quiet, clean and spacious apartment, very nice terrace, sea view with splendid sunrise. No problem parking just downstairs from the building. All amenities (supermarkets, grocery stores, bars and restaurants, etc.) nearby. Thank you:)
