We had a great stay at Paula's apartment. It is very pleasant, bright and well located in relation to the city center. Paula is very kind, available and attentive.

We had a great stay at Diana’s place! The village is incredibly beautiful with the river passing along and the parks and walking routes around. We traveled with a kid and I was happily surprised we could have nice walks with a stroller. The first impression of the apartment was amazing, spotless clean, so much light with big windows. Felt home. One thing to improve - the access to garage, the instructions weren’t very clear from the beginning but Diana was answering the questions right away and helped to find the access. The place also had some books and toys for the kids which my son loved. There is also a playground right in front of the building, very convenient. The supermarkets around had everything we needed. We had a great time and would definitely come back!

Totally recommended, and communication with Eusebio has been smooth, making him accessible at all times. As for the accommodation, the location is quiet and is in a very accessible location for most points of interest in the area. The apartment is clean and fully equipped, and it's as comfortable as being at home. A plus, also, if you are traveling with a dog. We'll be back!

Perfect, super recommended. The house was very cozy and well communicated (both walking and in public transport), with all the necessary amenities around the area, as it was stated. We loved it!

It's been a great stay. The apartment was clean and tidy. They had the thoughtfulness to turn on the heating before we arrived, which was appreciated because it was very cold on the street, in addition the sheets were for winter and there were blankets for the sofa. Regarding the location, it is a very quiet residential complex on the outskirts but very close to the urban center, even on foot. Very good communication, he was always there for us and made very good recommendations. If we were to go back to Comillas, we would definitely stay with Luis again. It was a real pleasure!!

Super located apartment overlooking the sea, very clean and well equipped. Communication with Sandra and Ron and also the reception and instruction on site made the arrival easy. We enjoyed the days in this apartment very much!

Sagrario is very friendly and check was quick and easy. The flat is as described and is spacious and clean. Parking is free at night on all the streets nearby and there is a free parking not far from the flat (but there was always a wait the two times we checked). Overall very pleasant experience and would recommend the place to anyone.

Everything was perfect, we felt right at home, nothing was missing. Access to good restaurants, the beach and the promenade... all a minute's walk away. The road connections to get to know the perfect Cantabrian area, dreamy spots. M. Belen is a sweetheart... close, always ready to help and making everything very easy. The possibility of storing the car was a 10. We will be back. Thank you for all.

We really liked our stay there.The house is very well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The morning views of the valley are film. We were very comfortable with our b***h. The environment is very nice and quiet, ideal for disconnecting but also with the Playa cerquita. It has the highway just 8 km away and plenty of walking routes. We would repeat without hesitation.

The house is spacious, the living room is perfect for eating and spending time for 4 people. The beds are new and comfortable. The garage is easily accessible. And the house is right in the center, not far from the beach. Sergio quickly answered all our questions and Pilar gave us a good description of the local restaurants. We'll be back if it's available

Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm welcome and provided with detailed information about the apartment and the area. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, meeting my expectations. The decor was modern and cozy, which made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The location was ideal, with easy access to shops, restaurants and work location. During my stay, Alfredo and Patricia were always available for any need or questions that arose, which added a personal and comforting touch to the experience. Thank you.

Sarai was a perfect host and quickly answered any questions we had. We were three students who were renting the apartment for a university semester so stayed a total of four and a half months. The apartment is really nice, modern, cosy and spacious. It's a short walk to the most central parts of Santander. Carlos was an attentive host and we had a cleaner come over every couple of weeks, big shout out to Maribelina for being amazing! The only slight difficulty was parking, while there's lots of parking nearby it's hard to find a space and is pay and display except during certain hours of the day. The nearest reliable free parking is about a 10 min walk but here I was always able to find somewhere to park and it really wasn't that much hassle. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

wonderful. the apartment is un gozado and the jacuzzi great, after hiking in the bush, is the best gift. The host is always attentive to all the details and we were able to go at the time that was good for us to have no customers the next day, it is a detail. We will definitely return because the area plays a lot: Mt, Ferrata, caves, etc.

She is very sorry! We have been staying in the Budokan apartment and it is as it appears in the first photo. The place is very quiet and very cozy. It is also located in a very good area with which it allows you to move to several locations in a simple way. Contacting Miguel Angel is very simple, he responds very quickly and makes it easy for you to have any questions you have effectively. The check-in, stay, and check-out has been all on its own with the help of their directions and it's all really straightforward. A place I keep for a next time! Great place!

The place was spotless. He had the heating on so that when we arrived we wouldn't be cold. We are very happy with our stay here! He responded super fast and gave recommendations of things we could do all over the area. Very grateful! I have no doubt we'll be back😊

The apartment is beautiful, ample and bright. It's spotless and nicely decorated. It makes you feel like home. The perfect location, a 5-minute walk from the City Hall. I would always recommend it. We were able to leave the floor on the day of departure after eating, no rush. One detail. Having a fundamental garage. Very grateful.
