The house is super nice. Very comfortable and clean. It has everything you need to spend a few pleasant days. Close to the beach and with supermarkets and restaurants nearby although you have to go by car. We would definitely do it again.

A gite in a typical Corsican village. Offering all the amenities for a quiet week of vacation in the low season! Very comfortable bedding! A great glacier on the nearby terrace, of the same family. Conveniently located between Rocapina, Portp-Vecchio, Bonifacio and the beaches of Figari. Ideal for water sports like lite surfing and Wingfoil and walks by the sea, running, walking and mountain biking or Gravel. Pony or horse rides 5 minutes away by car. Hosts very available and welcoming! We'll definitely be back again!

This was our second stay at Patrizia's gorgeous house, we booked as soon as we got home after our visit the previous year, which probably is the highest recommendation I can give. The house is in a beautiful, quiet, rural location with stunning views over the surrounding hills and coastline. The house is rustic inside and out, in-keeping with the old Sardinian farm house that it was. It was clean and tidy inside, with everything that we needed during our stay. The surrounding gardens are left beautifully wild and we saw a variety of birds and wildlife during our stay (including tortoises!). Despite the rural location, it is still within easy driving distance of the beautiful coast, the town of Palau and surrounding countryside. The major supermarkets in Palau are approx' 20 minutes drive away and to get to the nearest beach is similar. We went for some amazing hikes during our stay with a mixture of coastal walks and mountain trails.

We were looking for something quiet with our dog and were very happy with the location, the garden and the quiet surroundings. Above all, it's a nice and modern place where we immediately felt comfortable. Modern kitchen, great amenities even with dishwasher and washing machine. Raffaela is a really very nice contact and always available. She welcomed us personally, we felt very welcome. Thank you! We are happy to recommend it and will also be happy to come back!

Very pleasant stay in a spacious, elegant and extremely clean accommodation. The roof terrace is perfect for watching sunsets and sunrises. There's also a large balcony underneath. Very quiet area, with the beach at the end of the street. Patrizia is charming, very thoughtful and responsive. Thanks to her, everything was perfect!

Very good stay with Valeria and Alberto. We had very good communication from Valeria who gave us plenty of advice on places to visit, restaurants, markets... Everything you need for cooking was there. The apartment was very clean and the residence was safe. A 10min walk we were on the small promenade of the city center with children's games. Everything was perfect, thank you again. 😊

Mrs. Fabiola was super available, meeting all our needs. The house is cool, there is all the essentials and the location is great if you want to be in the middle of the greenery and a few minutes drive from the sea. I'd love to come back.

The apartment is five minutes from the beach of S.Giovanni, a small and quiet village, ideal as a base to explore the beaches from S.Teodoro to the Gulf of Orosei. We had a great time, the apartment is simple, clean, functional and with all the comforts for a nice week at sea. Parking in the courtyard (but also plenty of space on the street). Massimo was very available for check-in and local tips.

We were 2 couples and spent 4 days in the apartment. Warm welcome from Laurence who gave us some great tips for organization, restaurants and activities. The apartment is in a very good location, quiet, comfortable and the terrace is exceptional! The apartment is well equipped and it was nice to have basic products and food. Like many accommodations in the upper town, it is not accessible by car, it is necessary to plan to park quite far away and carry suitcases. You also have to be in shape to climb the floors (quite steep steps) but it's worth taking advantage of this beautiful city!

Cecile is very welcoming, friendly and warm. She welcomed us with a smile, the accommodation is impeccable and well-equipped. We chose this place for its proximity to Figari airport and we were 6 minutes away, we could not be closer while being in a quiet environment and close to Bonifacio and Porto Vecchio. Great apartment, with all necessities for a long stay. Beautiful views from the 2 story terrace. (For birdwatchers : every night before sunset, thousands of starlings gather around the surrounding area, with 360 view, just breathtaking murmurations). Next to the old town, very walkable city. We found free parking just around the corner from the apartment. November in Sardinia is quiet, but we found Alghero to be quite lively! Poco Loco Restaurant (5min walkaway) with live music was great! We loved our stay, thank you!

thank you Romina for your hospitality and availability, for our holiday week we had everything you need. The area is really excellent to enjoy the sea, to get around by car and to reach the center of San Teodoro. All services are close by. An extra point is for the accessibility to an ecological air inside the residence that allows you not to worry about the disposal of separated waste... aspect that in the previous stay (not here) had created not a few problems. Maurizio's place was 100% perfect. It is actually much bigger than the pictures. There are two full size rooms and one smaller bedroom. Both bathrooms were good sized. The location was excellent- walking distance to restaurants, the castle, bars, etc. There is free parking at the apartment if you are able to get it - which we were. Otherwise lots of paid parking nearby. The apartment was FULL of amenities that were all in good condition. There is a clothes washing machine we used twice. There are SEVERAL BALCONIES that you can choose to relax on. The apartment was very sound proof when windows were closed. A/C worked great. There is a view of the sunset from the front patio. Maurizio was very responsive and made very clear that anything in the house was open for our use including the bottled water. Check-in was easy and check-out was even easier. I would highly recommend this apartment. It is very spacious and would be great for two couples.

The apartment is located in an extensive and very well maintained property vacation complex. Not far away are some of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia. We liked Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu best. But also Cala Suaraccia overlooking Tavolara is very nice. Everyone was easily accessible on foot. The whole area is stunning and we were happy to have a firm base. At the beginning of October it is very quiet here, hardly anyone was there. Nice for us, that was very relaxing. On the other hand, however, the mini markets close and only a few restaurants were open. The nearest supermarket was 15 min away by car, as we shopped for the whole stay. The apartment itself impresses with the large balcony and gives a small family plenty of space. Internet was very good and we could easily see movies with us via the firestick. Communication with Manuela was very friendly and helpful throughout.

The apartment is nice - we enjoyed the sunny terrace and the garden and also the very short distance to a very nice beach. Thanks for having us!

Charlotte was particularly welcoming and caring. The apartment was very well located, very clean, well appointed, perfectly equipped and with comfortable bedding. A small supermarket with everything you need (including bread) is at the foot of the building. We had a great time!

We stayed 10 days at Rosi’s place with our 15 month kid and we had a great time there. It is close to the center so easy for shopping and go for coffee or drinks. There’s a small beach 2min walking, not the greatest of sardinia, but it was perfect to go with the kid. From Palau, you can very easily take a boat to visit the near islands or take the car to visit the north of Sardinia. Rosi’s place was clean, comfortable, well equiped and well located. She even provided us a bed and chair for the baby 👌 It was quite easy to park our car around (end of august). There are some free spots around (available early in the morning or in the evening) or a paying parking that we used a couple of time.

I had an extraordinary stay at Aurélie's place. Communication was smooth, accurate, and responsive for check-in and check-out. It feels good and deserves to be highlighted because this has not always been the case on other trips. The residence is very nice, clean and modern (barely a year). Quiet too but it's winter. The accommodation is just beautiful. The kitchen is modern, hyper-functional and the appliances are of excellent quality. Very convenient in the back kitchen. The decoration is in the air of the time and very good taste. All the comforts are there: Internet with excellent ping and speed, comfortable lounge and outdoor sofa, TV, walk-in shower. We see that the bedding is new and remarkably comfortable I was able to enjoy Aurélie's savvy advice from beautiful hikes by the sea, the Bonifacio Christmas market, little-known beaches and good local addresses. Can't wait to return to sunny days... Thank you Aurélie

Erik' place is a fabulous well furbished and equipped apartment. it stands out for the great cenrtal location that enables you to reach the beach (no more free since 2024) by walking while being at the heart of the village for pleasant evenings (however if you need quieter places i recommend places far form the center) Erik is a fantastic host: super responsive, clear and open to any request. his local support for cleaning and last mile requests is super I have already been in santa teresa several times but this time i was in the best location for my personal needs (a family of 5 plus 2 hosts for few days) many thanks to Erik again for making this holiday special!

Cristina was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
