It is a good place to stay, it has a very good location in the rodadero, close to the beach, bars, restaurants, shopping center and so on. The people they serve are very friendly.

It is an easily accessible place, Olga is a very attentive person, the facilities are according to the canceled price and as shown in the images. The place is close to the beach which can be accessed by walking, next to it is a tourist agency, restaurants of different budgets.

The host is very responsive and the people at the reception are very kind. This is a beautiful building where you can rest well (thanks to hammocks for example). However, if I had to make a comment, the kitchen (which is a shared space) is not very clean and this is also the case for the fridge. In addition, there is almost no room to store food in the fridge. While I'm aware that the cleanliness depends on everyone, you might want to try to "monitor" a little more. Otherwise we had a great time, I recommend it!

Great place to stay. In my opinion the best location for a stay in Minca. The apartment is within walking distance of Minca (25 min walk, downhill) and has a large terrace that is super suitable for watching birds of all kinds. Binoculars are available for free! I would definitely stay again,

Quiet and very harmonious

Accommodation with the descriptions mentioned by the host, an excellent view, tidy, and suitable for short stays. Very important that the host clarified before booking that it had no air conditioning. It is also good to mention that the tap water is not potable.
