Holiday rentals with beach access in Santa Maria Maior

this was exactly what I was looking for. near the beach. beautiful porch to enjoy the sun. easy to get back and forth to Lisbon. Very clean. multiple groceries near by as well as restaurants. I noticed other reviews commented on noise, but to me it was normal city life sounds and people living. highly recommend this place.

Holiday stay, clean and very smelling space, beach is a 5-minute walk away. lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We advised, did not regret it. A Kiss of Thank You for Nádia and Isabel. Until next.

We stayed in Costa da Caparica for over a month, from December to January, and loved every moment. The weather was mostly sunny, and the views from the apartment were incredible - mountains on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. Watching the sunrise in the morning and the surfers catching waves at sunset, all from the window with a glass of wine in hand, was unforgettable. The apartment had everything we needed to feel at home, and Gonçalo was a fantastic host. He gave us great tips on visiting places and was always there to help when we needed anything. The only thing to keep in mind is that on Friday and Sunday nights, we heard music from a nearby club. If you’re a light sleeper, earplugs might be a good idea. We had a great time here and would love to come back someday.

A beautiful apartment, very clean, impeccable! He thought of every detail, absolutely nothing was missing, everything we were looking for was! Amazing!Everything works perfectly. Everything was as described. The host gave us perfect insturctions how to get in and what to do in Costa da Caparica. The only minus is that you cant use both bathrooms in the same time and the one that is in top floor smells a bit. If I would be in Costa da Caparica I would stay here again for sure. It was an ultimate pleasure to stay at this cozy house! Everything was great and the sense of local culture was what I loved the most. Joao, the host, was very kind and responsive. More than that, apartment this very very close to ocean, with shows, cafes and etc. Would love to come back again!

Katerina was very proactive, responsive, and a caring host. Any issues or questions I had were quickly addressed. Her English is excellent, so there were no issues with language barriers. I stayed for 30 days, so the weekly cleaning was nice in that the apartment stayed in good condition without much effort on my part. It’s a very pretty apartment with a lot of character: art, books, etc. It did make me worry that I would accidentally mix up my stuff with the apartment’s and consequently forget it at checkout. I alleviated this worry by limiting where I put my possessions to only a couple locations. New tenants: Be sure to get the unit’s Lote number (groupings of the apartments, displayed on the apartment complex external doors) before you arrive, or maybe ask for the location/pin of the best external door to access the apartment. For the address provided, most apps will take you a bit further into the apartment complex, which can be a bit of a hike if you have luggage.

Isabel is really welcoming. we stayed there for one night and it was comfortable. the apartment was a little bit cold, but you can use AC for heating. everything was very well cleaned. and the apartment looks nice. In the neighborhood there are dogs and a rooster, you may here them in the morning. Thank you Isabel for your hospitality.

We were kindly welcomed by the host. A nice studio is on the ground floor. It's quiet. The host was helpful and we got a lot of tips. The studio is within walking distance of the sea and the station.

Exceptional views of the ocean and sunset every night. Very good times with the family in the unmissable place of the house: the pool, a real pleasure when you wake up, at noon for an aperitif, and in the evening when you return from the beach!! Modern and functional apartment, close to Lisboa and with all appliances you might need for a shorter stay. Luis' apartment was a good base to travel around and also had space in the vicinity to park a rented car.

Great flat and great location! You can walk to several beaches, public transport, grocery shopping, lots of little cafes and all sorts of restaurants around, from very cheap to very high end. We went in February so didn't go into the pool but it was great to sunbathe and enjoy the garden with the baby since we could go out for just half an hour and didn't have to walk anywhere. The flat is a family home so it was perfect for our family of 3 with a 10 month old baby, specially because the hosts provide a high chair, a travel cot and a baby bath, all very comfortable. August and Teresa were also lovely, very communicative and friendly.

The apartment was ready earlier than expected and Olga informed us pro active. She offered us to check-out at a time of our comfort. We really liked the sea view. To the beach it is only a 500 m walk. And the beach is great. Apartment was really clean. We had an technical issue in the bathroom which was fixed very fast. Only the bed was a bit small.

The apartment was pristine, with a great view and everything you could need included. It felt extremely safe. It’s also central to most places you might want to walk to and also has great public transport options. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Lisbon and my stay at the apartment.

Rossana is a great host. Very easy to communicate with and very welcoming. The apartment is well-located and makes you feel at home. The apartment has everything for a pleasant stay. Just a few minutes to the beachfront of Caparica, a supermarket and an excellent cafe around the corner.
