We (6 adults and 2 kids) loved staying here! The house layout is a bit peculiar but it worked for us. Mario was an incredible host. Super responsive, had great local recommendations, left yummy goodies on arrival. You do need a car as the place is not walkable to anything. The views and pool are all worth it. We highly recommend!

The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, there is a supermarket about 200 meters away and some pizzerias and bars about a 10-minute walk away. The pool is really very large, the door to the sea is fantastic and the sea is great for a refreshing dip or snorkeling. The accommodation is very comfortable, and there is a large living room from which you can see the sea. Anna Rita and Riccardo were great hosts always available for any request or information.

The house was extremely clean, refreshing and there were treats, food and drinks ready for us. We are thrilled! 😍 This house lacked nothing. Everything was thought out. Restaurants, shopping and beaches are in the immediate vicinity. Elisabetta is very warm, loving and helpful. Much more than a super host! ❤️🫶 We enjoyed the time in Sardinia very much. Our stay near Chia in South Sardinia was wonderfully peaceful, especially in late October when the area was exceptionally quiet. The location is fantastic—just a 20-minute walk to Chia’s beautiful beaches. The property offers a unique vantage point with sea views to the right and mountains to the left, making it perfect for relaxing amidst stunning scenery. The house is exceptionally furnished with everything needed: a fully equipped kitchen, games, extra blankets, a grill, and sun loungers. It is ideal for those seeking tranquillity, comfort, and convenient beach access.

Marion was the perfect host, responsive, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We fell in love with the villa at first sight and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's a beautiful, spacious property. The beach with its white sand and crystal clear water are about a 7 minutes walk from the villa. Marion helped us with local recommendations and we've had a wonderful time in Torre delle Stelle and surroundings.

Super house with pool (large and deep). This is actually rather cool in October as it is unheated and therefore only partially usable "unfortunately". Furnishings are of very high quality and everything is available. The house is situated off the beaten track and can be reached by a dirt road. In the village, about 10-15 minutes on foot, you will find everything such as a restaurant, small shop, bar, etc. The beach is about 25 minutes or 5 minutes by car. In the bathroom, it has only a small shower but outdoors there are two. One by the pool and one by the house :-). Thanks to Luisanna, Mattia & Michela we were able to enjoy our vacation with you. The charging station at the house only charges with 2-3 kW, but nearby you can find good and fast charging stations for electric cars if you need this.

I would definitely recommend this villa, such a great location, 5 min walk to the beach and the little supermarket was just around the corner. The garden was kept beautifully and the view was stunning. We will definitely be back.

We (a group of 3 couples) had a good week in the vacation home. In the dark, it was not quite as easy to find the driveway, but otherwise everything worked out very well. The house and rooms are exactly as shown in the photos and also described. The supply of pots and dishes is very good, but it could use a few more wine glasses. The view from the terrace is fantastic, the location is quiet, everything very pleasant. On foot you can easily reach the beach and the small supermarket, but the way home is a little bit exhausting. The beach is totally pleasant, beautiful sand, great water, a bar, what else could you ask for. The information from Enrico was helpful, he was easily accessible and responded directly. All in all, we enjoyed it very much. Glad to come back!

We had a great time at Aldo's place. The house is great and offers everything you need. The pool at the front door is a real eye-catcher. We enjoyed it very much! Thanks for the hospitality :-)

What else can I say, great apartment, very very nice, managed very well and you find everything you need, nothing is missing, not to mention the excellent cleanliness I am often in Sardinia for family reasons I have stayed in many different places and here I can write that I have seen the difference, the apartment is located in a quiet intimate historic area and with a view of the church bell tower which in the evening has its beauty, if I have to be picky, the parking, if you think of parking in front of the entrance door it is not like that. I highly recommend it, thank you for your availability, clarity and hospitality, see you soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Alessandro's house! Alessandro gave us many great tips in advance and was always available. We were surprised with Sardinian delicacies upon our arrival. Check-in and check-out were straightforward. We absolutely loved the location, the view and the amenities of the house. The house is an 8-minute walk from the beautiful beach - here too! Alessandro provided us with sun loungers and umbrellas, which is absolutely not a matter of course. Close to shops if you need anything. We had a brief problem with the irrigation system, after briefly contacting Alessandro, gardeners arrived 5 minutes later who fixed the whole thing. We were very satisfied and would come back any time. We can highly recommend the place to everyone! Thanks for the incredibly great time 🌞❤️

hello, it is not usual for me to write reviews unfortunately but this time I promised myself to do it as I was managed, I congratulate you and I thank Cristina and Vincenzo for how they followed us, I spent 10 days in the family with 2 fantastic children aged 3 and 6. They were always present and active to help, their house is very nice. We had a very good time. Nearby there is a pharmacy, market , ATM and bar pickup. No other way. See you soon

12 days of relaxation and high feel-good factor in Susy's very tastefully decorated house. Parking the already necessary car was easily possible in a 20 m walk. Shopping 5 min by car for bulk shopping, 5 min. walk for the daily small thing. Cafes and bars around the corner, a top notch pizzeria too. Into the city with many opportunities to feast and stroll about a 15-minute walk. You can book guided bike rides in the village and other excursions. Fantastic beaches by car or by bike 5-15 km away. The weather, we could not have done better as a North German, absolute bathing weather with up to 30‘C air temperature daily, small showers were rather refreshing. Susy's house is highly recommended, we didn't miss anything and there was more... Thank you for a very relaxed time, in a beautifully decorated and well-kept traditional townhouse. We will recommend it!

Quiet and fantastically located house near the beach. Very clean and lovingly furnished. Very fast and friendly contact. Fantastic to have a good time in the south of Sardinia.

Beautiful well-equipped apartment in a very quiet and secure neighborhood. Supermarkets are 10 minutes walk, the most beautiful beaches can be reached by car in just 15 minutes. Lisa is absolutely charming and efficient. Will stay again.

Giacomo was a fantastic host! He was very responsive and helpful for our check in/out. The house was relatively big with a nice garden/patio area and a barbecue as well. The main grocery store (Eurospin) is located only 5 minutes drive away which was very easy for us to buy groceries for us to cook. The main city area of Villasimius is also around 5-10 minutes drive away with nice restaurants and cafes. The area was very quiet and peaceful (almost complete silence at night!) and had a beautiful view too. There were also plenty of breathtaking natural beaches nearby, our favourite was Spiaggia di Mari Pintau (this one was slightly further out). We went during the off-peak season during early April so it was a lot less busy than it gets in the holiday season, but we’d definitely recommend staying in Villasimius for a few days to explore beaches, mountains, and enjoy a bit of peace and quiet. Overall, we highly recommend staying with Giacomo! 😊

We carried out a lot of research before settling on Casa Delle Sirene. What a find! It was exactly as described and pictured, beautiful inside and out with its own private parking space. It had lovely private gardens with lovely flora and fauna. Inside was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped throughout . The beds were very comfortable and the pillows (which we are very particular about) were the best we’ve ever had whilst away from home, making for very good nights sleep. The kitchen served its purpose perfectly and the showers were great. There was always plenty of hot water. We had a couple of issues where we needed to contact our host. The electric tripped after a thunderstorm which our host sorted very quickly, and we also had a WiFi outage but again the host sorted swiftly. The apartment is only a 50m walk away to a beautiful sandy beach and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Perfect location, and accommodation and is highly recommended.

The beautiful, spacious apartment is one of four and has many private outdoor seating options and a well-maintained, shared pool. With our two small children, we spent wonderful 8 days here and enjoyed the pool very much for us, as none of the other apartments were occupied. The kitchen is well equipped, the apartment is sparkling clean. The beds were rather hard for our taste. Great for us were the mosquito nets on all windows and the shutters to darken the rooms completely. Even though we didn't meet Rita in person, she was a wonderful hostess. Always available and made sure we had everything. We would highly recommend this place to families, couples, friends and many more and thank the hosts warmly for everything.

A beautiful home located in a quiet area, well-connected to the town centre, buses for other cities in Sardegna, and the summer beach shuttle. Highly, highly recommended

We had a fantastic week in Oct 2024 in Simone's summer house. Great location under the Mediterranean pine trees 150m from the beach. Spacious enough for 3 adults and 2 kids to not feel crowded. Well supplied with towels, soap and kitchen essentials. Simone was a example of Sardinian hospitality, he made us feel welcome from the 1st moment and was very understanding when we were late because of a delay. Arrival and departure were as easy as can be. Definitely recommend this place!
