Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Santa Cruz Xoxocotlán

Overall, great stay. Daniel was really helpful - he picked us up from the airport and dropped us to the bus station for a cheaper price than a taxi. Drinking water was there when we arrived (enough that we didn’t have to get any more) and there was oil, salt and some coffee in kitchen which made things easy. The area feels safe and also slightly more local than places closer to the centre. It’s around a 20-25 min walk and there are restaurants and bars along the way to explore. Daniel gave us good tips on activities and where to eat out. The space was really big and comfortable! The shower was a bit basic but fine for us. The outdoor area and terrace are charming.

The beds were deeeelicio! Everything clean and tidy. There is only one parking space for 4 apartments, my van stayed outside but everything was super good. The area is quite quiet but very dark and graffiti, but a few meters from the tourist walker.

Very good stay and super friendly the host, at all times he is attentive to what you require, the place is very comfortable, nice but above all for sure, he has all the amenities he describes.

It is very quiet and the place is comfortable, you can move by taxi or public transport in the center of Oaxaca, I would definitely stay again.

My favourite place I’ve stayed at in all of Mexico. Hosts are excellent too, I didn’t get to meet them but they were super helpful and accomodating including when I wanted to extend my stay - and also to have place to leave my bags due to a late bus departure. Would love to return, 10/10!

Yazmín is a good host who cares about your comfort. This is a good option if you're looking for peace of mind. Accessing downtown is easy as you can travel by bus or taxi. We had a setback with the address but it could be resolved and everything else was amazing.

Clean, spacious, local, and an easy walk to everywhere. I felt like home immediately, and I really love the communal courtyard where you can get to know other temporary neighbors. Daniel is super friendly and reliable. The super-friendly cat is my favorite part! She cuddled with me a lot, and it was such a joy. I had a great time and I will come back! (P.S. I think I figured out why it's called Lunar flat because of the center patio area with the hammock. It's such a gem!)

The place as seen in the photographs, a small but cozy place in which the stay of 4 people will be guaranteed tranquility and comfort. I highly recommend it.

Nice apartment in Xoxocotlán, it is a pleasant subdivision because it is very quiet and with 24/7 security. Recommended to get some rest and have the center about 20 minutes away

It was a pleasant experience to stay in this place, everything was very clean and tidy. It had everything you needed in the kitchen. The only problem is that there were days that did not serve the elevator.

The stay was quite comfortable, the host was very kind and was always on the lookout for anything we came to require, in addition to the fact that check-in and check-out was quite flexible, in addition to its very good location

Really cool old hacienda type style with internal fountain courtyard the rooms are all around. shared bathroom was different but it's an original old building. has original 60s 70s style furnishings which was fun. really good space for a group. literally minutes walk to everything and cathedral in old Centro. take ear plugs as bedrooms are on roads that get traffic in the day if you need to sleep in. They decorated the house beautifully in day of the dead decorations. Really recommend

The host was exceptionally friendly and responsive, making us feel truly at home in their beautiful house. The host even added an extra bed to accommodate us, which I found extremely nice! The location was very central and walkable, with Santo Domingo just a quick five-minute walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, our only concern was the limited water supply in the house, which left us unable to shower or use the bathroom on our last day.

Stellah's place is fantastic! We stayed for nearly a month with our two children (ages 6 and 8). The interior is lovely with lots of design touches. It's very clean and well maintained (with the cleaner coming three times per week). It's in a really good location, walkable from the center but out of the hustle and bustle. And from someone who has stayed in Oaxaca many times, I think the most noteworthy thing is all of the amenities: Stellah has filtered, potable water in the tap, screens on the windows, blackout shades in the bedrooms, and a wide array of spices and cooking oils/etc available to guests. The backyard patio also has several edible plants and a table with shade from sun/rain. All these things added an extra bonus by making our stay easy and comfortable. The one thing to note vs the description is that this is really a 3-bedroom place (the fourth is an office with a couch/daybed).
