Liz has thought of everything anyone could need for a home from home. Details, information and instructions were all to hand as well as Liz being responsive throughout our stay and since booking. The place has stunning views and is very comfortable with plenty of space. Thoroughly recommend this villa.

Nicola was very responsive when booking as I had accessibility requirements that were needed. He worked with me to make sure our Nonna would be comfortable and have privacy without the use of stairs. The views were spectacular and the pool was much appreciated in the August heat. There was plenty of room and space for all 11 of us to enjoy our time together and take a break if needed. We enjoyed fireworks right from the terrace nearly every night as it was festival season and ventured down to the marina a few times. I would highly recommend Nicola’s Villa to larger families or groups. Thanks so much!

Inside and outside an incredibly nice house. We are spoiled travelers but were completely impressed. Everything was there, clean, sufficient, good beds, nice sofas, top kitchen, nice pool. Completely private. Beautiful art and other stuff. The people of Novasol that let us in were so friendly. And Rosalia was so helpful. Everything above expectations!

Wow! What an amazing time we had at David’s place in Palmoli. The house is every bit as incredible as the photos with sweeping views over the Italian countryside and complete privacy. The interior has been so thoughtfully and tastefully decorated with lots of home comforts while respecting the history of the buildings. Beds were comfortable and we all slept so peacefully. Special mention too for the best equipped kitchen we’ve had in any Airbnb. And then the private and immaculate pool is the icing on the cake. We were sorely tempted not to explore past the boundary of the grounds, but can strongly recommend the beachside towns onto the Adriatic which are all 30-45 mins drive away: Vasto, San Salvo and Termoli. Thank you so much for hosting us and welcoming us to your home. We really appreciate it!

We had a wonderful stay at Lynda’s cottage in Orsogna. The apartment was beautiful and the view of the countryside was stunning. Lynda greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the place. She was very responsive throughout our stay and went as far as reaching out to her neighbor to come help us when we discovered we had a flat tire. I would highly recommend staying at Lynda’s place.

A vacation with a view of beauty. A perfect home for large groups thanks to large spaces, with attention to the smallest details. Light enters from dawn to dusk through the large windows and the eat-in kitchen is the beating heart of the house. The panoramic view really leaves you breathless. The rooms upstairs are really cozy, the only flaw is the little light in those downstairs. Each room has its own bathroom, a very important plus for multiple families or groups of friends. Barbecue, swimming pool, pool tables and ping pong table are the icing on the cake, which made this house absolutely unforgettable. Obviously super recommended.

We had a great time! Stefano is kind and knows how to give the right ideas for the area! You're very well and you feel very well too! walks by the sea or in the mountains, all reachable and then you can relax in the house! Beautiful place, nice people and lots to taste and see!

Carmela was a wonderful host. The breakfast on the terrace was delicious with a beautiful view. The place was spotless and the surroundings were absolutely beautiful. The pool was a huge bonus. We enjoyed walking through the village nightly and going to the market on Wednesday. The location was great to visit other towns in Molise. You will not regret booking a peaceful stay here.

The place is quiet, the view is wide and restful: olive trees and vineyards allaround, in the back, chickens and galleys. The apartment, spacious and very clean, is equipped with essentials. It can be comforted from 4 to 6 people. Great for a holiday "far from the world". Cooling dinner on the small loggia after a day at the beach. The beautiful Punta Aderci reserve with its magnificent beaches can be reached in a few minutes. Great value for money.

Sonia and Nicolino are truly exceptional hosts, very kind, helpful and heartfelt. Great check-in as well as checkout. House with a very nice garden with two terraces overlooking the sea. Also a nice manicured lawn and also great parking. The car stays inside the fence safely and directly next to the front door, so very convenient. We loved everything and we'll be back for sure. Exceptional accommodation, located in a charming village. Breathtaking terrace for spending a lovely evening. Old house that has a lot of charm, we loved it. Agnese who takes care of the house has always been very available and easy to contact. We highly recommend it if you want to discover this beautiful region of Abruzzo!

Staying in this apartment was like feeling at home, but in a wonderful house, nestled in a pine forest overlooking the sea. Francesco was always present and available with us and helped us move around the island and introduced us to other magnificent people. From the start, he gave us his love for the island and made us fall in love, giving us advice and telling us stories. Everything is perfect in the apartment. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked and the house is really quiet. If I could, I would come back tomorrow.

Building is a former textile factory that has been converted mostly to residences. Located in the touristy section of Termoli, it is within walking distance of the wonderful beaches, the Borgo Antico, and convenient places to shop and eat. Terrace garden is private to the Airbnb rental, over looks the harbor, and has wonderful lemon and other fruit trees. If you’re looking for a place with character, this is it. Claudio lives next door and is always available to assist.

The accommodation is located in a very quiet area, suitable for those who want to find some peace in a welcoming environment, and strategic for visiting the Abruzzo hinterland as well as the various beaches on the coast. Staying at Casa Olivia in Serramonacesca was an extraordinary experience. Surrounded by the greenery of the Maiella National Park, the house offers a breathtaking view and an atmosphere of unique peace. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Nicoletta, who immediately made us feel at home, while the host Cecelia was always helpful and attentive, offering us valuable tips for exploring the area. The garden and terrace are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the spectacular sunsets. The location is ideal for nature lovers: trails, historic villages and even the sea are easily accessible. The energy of this place, combined with impeccable hospitality, made our vacation unforgettable. We can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful time and the people in the town were very friendly.

This is the perfect location if you want peace and quiet but still close to a small town for restaurants, Marketing and shops. The house itself its beautiful and rustique not the newest highend beds but more than enough. The pool is located perfect for both sunbathing and being in the shade on the patio. You need to have rental car to get by. And that makes it drivning distance aproc 1 hour på Termoli and Vasto by the eastcoast and mediteranian ocean and 1,5 hour drive to pompeji and Naples on the westcoast. Also close by is waterfalls antingen foundaries the tonw of pietrabondante with old roman remains and the top of the Mountain is 1000 m above sealevel and quite easy to get to. our family ( 2 daughters and wife) enjoyed our stay. And its not impossible we might returnera one day. And at last the host Vittorio was the perfect host helped us with anything we asked for, answered fast and was really polite. I would recomend this place for everyone who wants to experience Italy.
