Very nice place, location, comfortable and pleasant environment. Only anticipate what is published because of the coffee maker that was not at the beginning, and review the shower as if the water costs it to flow properly. Otherwise good service and place.

This Airbnb was really great. We felt luxurious staying here. It was an easy checkin for a late night, they provided a secure code and the building and surrounding areas were very safe. We especially loved the pool and jacuzzi which had food service as well. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone staying in Guatemala City. Easy to get to if you have a stop over and need to get to and from the airport quickly.

The apartment was very clean, pretty, has a good view, it's well located, you can literally walk from the building to ciudad de Cayalá, it's about 10min walk, a lot of security, you can cross the street without a problem, you don't need a taxi or anything like an Uber to get to ciudad de Cayalá, there is no need. We had a situation with the internet but Anne got it resolved very quickly for us, also there was no mop and she kindly stopped by to leave us a new one, every time we had a question she always replied to us very quickly, she was very attentive and kind with us, she is a great host, awesome person, we loved how she treated us, and we will definitly book with her again. We recommend her 110%. Good price, great host, we loved it! ❤️ , we want to go back soon.

There are other accommodations nearby, some of a lower price, however I chose this place again for several reasons: along with fontabella, clean, tidy, the lords of the reception always smiling and very friendly, quiet building. Ask for early check-in availability without hesitation they gave it to me. And yes, I would definitely stay here again

Centrally located apartment in zone 9

It is a very well located place, not so far from Zone 10, close to places to eat, mini markets and easy to reach. There is a cycleway on Avenida La Reforma that can be taken advantage of for those who like to go running. The only bad thing is that being on a very busy track the noise can be a problem for some, since it is not soundproofed and there is no closet to locate the clothes. There is good coffee available and coffee maker, the kitchen and refrigerator are excellent and quite a few utensils are provided. Also a bathtub with hot water that is nice after a long day and is one of the few places that have air conditioning. Definitely recommended.

My boyfriend and I had a great stay this week! It was a great condo with a beautiful view. Tue building was beautiful and so close to everything! Great parking space and the location felt safe and friendly. Alfonso was always very responsive and helpful. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back.
