An apartment located in a very well designed building, with open and ventilated spaces, is located in a good sector of zone 15, in a quiet street, close to restaurants. The building staff is very attentive and the interaction with Eunice is very good.

I had a great stay! Everything was awesome from check in to check out. Very clean, exactly like the photos and close to all the hot spots in Guatemala City! Host was very friendly and answered in a timely manner. I will definitely be booking this place when I return to the City! Highly recommend!

Pros: safe, clean, high up (21st floor), close to mall and many restaurants, hot water, comfortable bed, clear/easy to follow instructions Cons: the name of the wifi network the host gave me was different than the actual network name. I figured it out though and the password was correct, so not a big issue. I recommend this property. My flight landed at 630am and I checked in immediately. Very grateful for that. My entire stay was pleasant from start to finish.
