Beachfront holiday rental in Santa Beach

Terrific host and wonderful spot. It had everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation- chairs, towels, full kitchen, coolers, binoculars, literally everything! Would stay there again in a heartbeat. He even left us fresh fruit and chocolates as a welcome gesture. Highly recommend. The view is ridiculous and you can hear the waves splash at night. Heaven.

Let’s talk about PARADISE! Nino went above and beyond! We were undoubtably nervous as we were due to arrive on the island in the middle of the night. Unexpectedly, Nino sent us pictures and directions in the middle of the night to ensure our arrival was seamless. Her reassurance was comforting, and the check-in process was a breeze. The house was exactly as described. It was spotless, comfortable, & there were even little personalized touches for us. The house was well equipped with everything you could need to include the things you didn’t even know you needed! Water toys were available including life jackets, kayaks & snorkeling gear. Some days we didn’t even leave the backyard! The location was ideal for enjoying the local culture & meeting some of the nicest, most genuine people. Nino provided amazing recommendations, which were walking distance from the house. If you want paradise vibes, Nino’s spot is it & if you don’t stay there, you will be missing out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Luis’s beach house is beautiful. It is clean, a great size for a family and right on a gorgeous beach. He was extremely responsive and easy to work with. The one thing I will mention, if you are planning on cooking your own food like we did, there is not an oven. There is a range and a microwave and a grill for rent, but no oven, so just keep this in mind. Other than that, everything else was exactly as described.

Great stay, everything a family of four needs, and even with a young child it was an easy walk to the beach. Host responded promptly and was friendly. Good mattresses.

My family and I love to stay at Carlos’s beach house. The house is comfortable (but not fussy), roomy enough to sleep several people (but no rooms packed with bunk beds) and you see the beach from every part of the back of the house. The beach is right there and the house is near a lot of great restaurants. For our trip the weather was great so we had perfect beach days right outside our door and whenever we came inside we had all the comforts of a lovely home. Words don’t do it justice.

Loved being right on the beach! Great view from the balcony deck. The patio was so great to be able to use. Beds were very comfortable. Washer and dryer were great and so convenient to have. The pictures provided helped immensely with locating the home. Quite a good use of the space, air conditioners worked well. The beach in front is clean and lovely. Could use something to help with the "no see um bugs" - we got bit up a lot! Road noise is extra loud due to the proximity to the busy street. The upstairs shower had very little pressure, so it takes a bit longer to rinse. The beach gets popular on the weekends, and we had beachgoers camping out right in front of the patio/beach gate. Felt that was kind of odd considering how much beachspace that was open, but I guess it speaks to how beautiful the beach right in front of the home was. We had a small is issue with a water outage one morning, Aleida was quick and responsive with helpful answers/updates. Would def stay again!

The house itself was stunning, fully equipped with everything you could need for a beach vacation. The host provided a closet filled with coolers, beach blankets and scuba diving gear. Every morning, we stepped out the front door and were greeted by the beautiful ocean right in front of us, what a way to start the day! The house had a cozy vibe, and we did feel right at home in many ways. A few aspects that left us a bit disappointed. We expected a bit more privacy during our stay, but the host was on the property almost the entire time. She greeted us every morning and several other times during our stay. She swam in the pool; despite having told it would be just for us to use. This made us feel uncomfortable about using the pool. Another issue was the water temperature. We were only able to take one hot shower the entire time we were there. The water remained ice cold, which was a significant inconvenience. Especially after long days spent in the sun. I recommend with more privacy.

We loved our stay at Pelican Reef. The studios are the perfect size for a couple. Our studio was clean, comfy and we had a beautiful view of the ocean and pools. We’ll be back!

Very comfortable beds and lovely unit. Lots of great space and the sound of the waves was delightful. The nearby beaches had high surf, but we were there in the surf season and these beaches are known for surfing. The location was great for exploring the west end of the island.

Christopher was friendly and kept communication with us all the time. This place is very peaceful and you can appreciate all the nature there. The view is amazing! We ate at the balcony watching the sunset. We definitely would come back to his place again!

This place has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable getaway! It’s also located between many amazing beaches, on the West Coast of the island. You are provided beached with beach chairs and towels that you can take with you to visit other places or just sit on the beach right in front of the Villa! I was a bit lost trying to find the location with the link provided but if you type in Apple or Google maps Aguada Sea beach villas it will take you directly in front of the gate. I had an amazing time here, relaxing with my daughter. the area was very quiet and relaxing.

The location is beautiful! The view from the balcony is amazing and we loved hearing the ocean waves crashing on the beach -- so peaceful. The condo is exactly as described with all the amenities. We reached out to the hosts during our stay and they responded quickly. Thank you, Michael and Alexandra for a wonderful stay.

The most amazing ocean views! Loved the outside porch areas and shower. Very well stocked with everything you need. Helpful host. The bottom steps are missing to go down to the water but you can get to a sweet little beach with super calm waters at the end of the road. We would stay again.

Very nice and beautifull propertie, 5 min wallk to beach, restaurant, bars and hotel, about 5 min drive to rincon public plaza. Freddie is very good hose, helpfull , cumiuncate and nice. My family and i enjoy the stay during new year eve and new year day. Thanks freddie for evrything!!

Lovely place to stay, the home is simple but beautiful with so many windows letting the light in. Also, relieved there were air conditioners in the house and instructions were direct and simple. I am also grateful that the Host did not require us to do any major cleaning except for the basics with throwing our own garbage out and leaving towels on the floor (which is only polite). Place was comforting and quiet. Would recommend! :)

The villa was fantastic: clean, beautifully decorated and with a graet layout. The big plus was that it was next to the ocean shore with a nice view of the coast. I highly recommend the villa. Will rent again.

This place is absolutely beautiful! The pictures are accurate, but really dont do it justice everything you could need is less than 10 minutes away. Bill himself is a fantastic host. He went out of his way to make sure we had anything we needed, and made sure to let us know about local events and spots. Would 100% stay again. Thanks Bill! looking forward to our next stay.

We expected an amazing, right on the beach, walk out surf, relaxing and fun vacation and this place exceeded that. Jim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the immediate and surrounding areas. You get a ton of information and local suggestions prior to arriving that are soooo helpful! And even better, he's there with a simple quick text response right away if you forget or have any other questions. His property manager is on top of the entire site and beach keeping everything clean and beautiful. Couldn't have asked for a better first trip to Rincon, 40th birthday celebration, and walk out back, on beach surf vacation. Thank you Jim! You made us feel so welcomed! PS... the location for our 13 year old who loves to surf and is an intermediate surfer but isn't used to reef, was absolutely perfect. Some of the other surf spots are tricky with paddling out... sandy beach is true to it's name and theres no worries for getting out there.

The place was great and had everything we needed, outside area was amazing and the pictures do not do this place justice. Laura was very prompt with responses. Electricity went out for a bit which can happen on this side of the island and the generator turned it right back on. It should be noted regarding Verizon service that it isn’t the greatest service out there so just be mindful regarding putting in directions as soon as you can while you have service or while you have the Wi-Fi at the house. However it is also nice to disconnect from reality! The only thing we wished was that we were notified ahead of time that someone does come by to feed the cats daily, just for future reference but the cats were very friendly. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay. Places to visit: Crash boat beach Survival beach - get the ceviche ! Gozlandia waterfalls - visit both waterfalls
