Amazing beach front apartment

What an absolute gem of a place ! My friend and I are seasoned travellers and are accustomed to quality standards when it comes to accommodation. Harsh’s place exceeded our expectations from the offset. The communication was fantastic by both hosts, covering not only the accommodation but the local area too. The accommodation is welcoming/ spotless and has all the amenities and facilities you require with ample space. The balcony is spacious and being at a top level has great views of the pool and the beach/sea. The lift is ideal for elders or those with young children. Most of all the place felt safe and secure. The idyllic beach is 2 minutes away. and within another 5 minutes you hit the promenade where there are multiple shops / coffee shops / bars / restaurants with a wide variety or choice to suit everyone’s needs. A further 10 minutes and you are at a quaint marina. We would not hesitate to recommend to friends, families or even couples looking for an enjoyable retreat.

Maria Belen was extremely kind. We were greeted by Maria Belen who explained everything to us to put us at ease and enjoy our stay. The place was as described, perfect for our family, very comfortable, extremely clean and perfectly located. We recommend Maria Belen for her generosity, kindness, smile. We will come back to enjoy the perfect location of his apartment.

Excellent location in perhaps one of the best developments in Alcocéber. In front of Playa del Moro. Bus stop at the door, small supermarket next door, very large and very quiet development. Good swimming pool and a huge green area. The apartment is good, clean, large and with everything you need.

We were very comfortable, the place was very quiet, Ana was very friendly and at all times she helped us with what we needed. It is a highly recommended house. The only one we can take out is that the toilet lid is loose, but otherwise everything was great. Thank you very much Ana!!

Ellen is a very welcoming host. Your house (we had the upper apartment) with the huge balcony is a dream. Very spacious and high-quality furnishings. The garden is well maintained, the terrace by the pool is very nice, cozy. We were also able to use the pool. We will be happy to come again.

Spacious and modernized villa, with many services and details. We were very comfortable as a family. I'm sure on other dates the pool would have used the pool every day, but on Christmas it wasn't important. Thanks to Frederic and Nadine who have been very attentive and flexible.

We have spent a great few days, the area is super quiet, close to the accommodation there are a lot of restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, the beach of the fountains and some beautiful routes through the lighthouse area. The house is perfect, it has everything to spend a few days like in your own house, it is newly renovated and everything is brand new. To put a little stick, sometimes and especially when it was raining, the downstairs bathroom pipes smelled bad. Despite this, we loved our stay and would definitely repeat, we recommend staying at Scot's place.

We stayed for the second time in this house and once again it was an excellent experience. The house is very comfortable and cozy, perfect for our needs. The place is great. Keep in mind that my stay was in winter, so the area was super quiet because being a summer place, it was empty. The area is luxurious, there is parking (I don't think in summer there is for everyone) and the beach is next door, so for summer the place is great. Valencia is 15 minutes away. Communication with ACHousing is the most noteworthy. Any questions solved it almost instantly and with great precision. It was definitely the best. The luxury accommodation, as seen in the photos. Very modern and clean. With appliances, air conditioner, 2 TVs. Everything was excellent

Everything was perfect, very good location, all amenities nearby and two nearby beaches on foot... A very quiet area and a fantastic terrace. The great pool…. A supermarket very close by. In the accommodation everything you may need, very well equipped, and although it does not have air conditioning if it has fans and has very good ventilation.

Beautiful sea view. Private parking in the underground parking very comfortable. Large driveway. Parking directly at the elevator. Great value for money in winter. I'd be happy to come back.
