Carol's place was cozy and comfortable, and she was super responsive! Had a great night's sleep on a one-night stay with our dogs on the way from Montana to Arizona and will stay another night on the way back. I travel with a noise machine, so it wasn't an issue, but if you're a light sleeper, just know that it can be a bit noisy when the furnace kicks on.

Great location for sterling

My family and I had an amazing time at Laurie’s and her husbands Airbnb. It was very peaceful and with amazing views right from the front door. The house is very clean and spacious we had everything we could have needed. Laurie was so fast to respond my concerns she took no more than 20mins to respond to me. I loved this place and I would definitely recommend it and I will definitely come back.

This is an outstanding place to stay with convenient access for mountain bike races or touring! Perfect for Utah MTn bike NICA events.

Great place. Peaceful and quiet. The description doesn’t talk about the great lawn, shade trees, and swing. My 4 year old daughter loved the swing. We stayed for a high school bike race in Manti. Basement was great for the boys and the upstairs for couples. Living room was great for hanging out and talking about the race. We had no issues with smell. We did smell it around town when farmers were watering their fields in the evening. No big deal.

Great place to stay nice quiet neighborhood

Jailers cottage was perfect for our needs. I thought only having one bathroom might be an issue but it wasn’t. Also, in more than one communication it was made clear that there was only one. So we knew exactly what we were getting into. It was a beautiful location. Peaceful. Plenty of space to go on walks and feel safe. So many deer! It was beautiful.

We loved Cindy and Bob's place! It was perfect for our group and we had a lovely time. There were plenty of fun things there on the ranch to do - we swam, played basketball, went to the nearby drive-in theater, had a barbecue, etc. Everything was clean and check-in and check-out were both easy and straightforward. We would absolutely come back and stay at the ranch for a family reunion or with another group to celebrate a birthday. Thanks Bob and Cindy!

What a fun weekend! It felt like home away from home with the perks of a swimming pool and lots other things to do. There were so many fun ranch style touches throughout the home and property. Definitely an amazing place to stay with easy access to the nearby towns.

we were looking for a place near Spring City and this was affordable for us. Cindy was very accommodating and helpful we stayed in unit 4 on the second floor and it was just right for us. we were visiting friends it wasn't far from town. and we ended up spending more time at the ranch because they were hosting the international mounted archery association competition. a wonderful sporting event to get to watch and talk with the participants and learn about A whole New World horsemanship and sportsmanship!

We extended our holiday weekend so my girls could swim in the pool. Thanks

Beautiful cozy place to make family memories!

We had a great time. The room was clean and easy to find. Our kids had fun on the little playground.

Great peaceful get away. We were there for a bike racing event so unfortunately didn't enjoy it as much as I would have liked. I would like to come back and possible to host a small family reunion.

Loved the place, fit our crew perfectly

What a gem of a place. So thankful for the owners to share their space with us travelers! Woke up to the sound of birds, cows and elks every morning! The amenities were well kept - fishing with the two ducks everyday was the highlight of our trip. This location is also very close to Maple Canyon which was a bonus! Easy to access with a side by side. To top off the trip, Gene came by was knowledgeable about the land and its history, he also had great recommendations! Will definitely make this trip again from Vegas!

Always enjoy staying at Track 89! Nice to have your own space and privacy. Very comfortable set up. Adjacent to a lovely park with a nice walking path. Best Coffee in town (and great sandwiches) are steps away.

I spent one night at Mark's place while on a maple canyon climbing trip. While I never got the chance to meet Mark in person, the instructions he left for checking in/out were very clear and his place was very easy to find. While the cabin was definitely old, it was extremely well maintained. The kitchen was in great condition and the window AC in the unit had no problem cooling the cabin down at night. Overall I really enjoyed the night I spent at Mark's place and would recommend it to anyone that needs a place to stay for a few nights in Ephraim.
