Holiday rentals with beach access in Sandringham

From start to finish Claire has been an amazing host. Claire’s home was well equipped with everything we needed, and she took extra care to make sure we had everything for our young child. Claire provided beach equipment which was a really lovely touch. Perfect location right by the tram, beach and restaurants. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting St Kilda. Claire kindly let me know I had left a coat, her attentiveness has been amazing.

If you are lucky enough to snag this granny flat- you'll be supremely happy with it. The couple that own it are delightful and gracious hosts. They're warm and inviting disposition reflects the granny flats ambience. The space itself is cosy, comfortable, warm and very clean. You also have access to a peaceful lake that is so beautiful. There' also a cute BBQ area so you can enjoy a feed outdoors. My partner and i have thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would love to book again in the future. Thank you for having us 😊

My girlfriend and I stayed at Tim’s place for the night when we planned to visit Mornington, the place is easy to find and clean! Tim is very responsive and proactive on offering us recommendations and check on us if we need help and very friendly! The location is closed to the beach which is nice for the morning with cafes there!

A lovely, shaded, fully equipped apartment with all amenities for a comfortable stay, and close to public transport. In the apartment there was plenty of information on the surrounding area, places of interest and visit. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building with two small flights of stares to negotiate to access. There isn't a lift which could be an issue for some. Anne was very helpful and responsive to any questions and proactive in ensuring that we were happy with everything. She was also very flexible with entry and exit times which helped us immensely. We could not have wished for a better host.

The place was very nice, we enjoyed our stay here a lot. It's perfect for a couple of days in Melbourne. Close to the beach and lot of restaurants and bars nearby. There's also a tram station close by that brings you to the city center.

Hidden gem with everything you need to make your stay hassle free. The little extras like home made jam, milk and staples make such a difference. It’s a place you want to stay and enjoy not just a bed to land in at the end of the day. Thanks Dave!

John’s home was so lovely. He and his wife greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the home and provided us with incredible recommendations in the area. Perfect location that has easy access to the city on the tram, 2 minute walk to the beach, and a 10 minute walk to coffee shops and a lot of restaurants & bars. Highly recommend to anyone coming to Melbourne and would absolutely stay myself again! John provided incredible communication as well which is super helpful coming all the way from the States.

Kylie and Marc were great hosts. All questions were answered so quickly and it was just a smooth process. The house was beautifully presented with fresh flowers and a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge upon our arrival! Our trip was really rushed, so we would definitely love to book this home again!

I took my mum away for a few days and Jennifer’s place was perfect for the two of us and my dog. We loved sitting outside and looking out at the water. The place was spacious and lots of bits and pieces in the kitchen, bathroom, and dog items. We were close to the beach and a great little cafe. The main street was walkable too.

Had a lovely experience with the air bnb and the host. Shivaun was very responsive and very understanding which made for a lovely stay.

Sheryl's property served our purpose really well. Great location enabling you to walk across to the beach. Very spacious and comfortable property.

We had a fantastic holiday here. So close to shops, cafes and the beach! The place had a beautiful feel to it that really fit the beach vibe. Host and Co-Host’s were great communicators at making sure our stay was perfect. Will definitely be keen to go back again!

Thank you Kris and Jon for an amazing stay! I’ve been using Airbnb for over 8 years now and these guys are the best hosts I’ve come across! The house itself is beautiful and just as described, it was stocked with everything you could think of (extra towels, toilet paper, proper coffee machine, pots, pans, everything!) and Kris and Jon let you feel right at home. The heated pool was a bonus and the yard space and BBQ was perfect for our 2 families with 2 small kids. Kris was very response in the lead up to our trip with any questions I had and even had left us a hand written note with a full booklet on how to use everything in the house along with recommendations. The house is in a perfect location with access to great cafes and the beach. Could not rate the house or these guys any more highly, we will be back and thank you for such a wonderful stay :) Shamani

We stayed here with our 2 small children and it was perfect. Our 4 year old thought the kids room was very cool & both the kids loved the bath. Was handy to have toys and beach towels too! We also loved that it was easy walking distance to the beach.

Lovely home from home

Gorgeous apt directly across the road from Williamstown beach. Apartment is exactly as shown in photos, clean and comfortable.

Debra was great and easy to communicate with. She gave good suggestions and share with us places to bring kids to. Her place is quite near the beach and easily accessible to the beach. Instructions were very clear from pre arrival to departure and she put up some little notes to help remind the guest on the do and dont Welcome guide is good as well helps to denote nearby eatery.

This place is as what Dr Fred published and more. The apartment itself is literally situated on the doorstep to the NGV! It is in a prime location to all the local Melbourne attractions and with the Supermarket nearby made everything super convenient. The apartment had everything we needed plus extra items for a toddler i.e high chair and games for kids which was very handy for us. For the price, just can’t beat it!

If you take the City Express from the Melbourne airport, you don't have to carry heavy luggage and have a hard time moving around. This accommodation is right in front of Southern Cross Station. Check-in is required to meet the staff in person and receive the keys, but you can communicate with them before arriving at the airport and adjust the time. (The staff who handed over the keys was very friendly.) It was also very nice to have a sofa bed in the living room.
