Bus 30 seconds from the house. 2 great outdoor areas, one with glass roof , barbecue protected for rain and wind The house is on 3 floors - 1 and 2 floors are used by Airbnb guests. Tenant in the basement who uses the conservatory as an entrance. 1 floor has kitchen, conservatory, living room with large dining table and sofa nook, hallway and toilet. 2 floor 3 bedrooms,, large bathroom and a loft living room, balconies south and north side.

This is a fantastic property in the outer lysefjord with very good standard and practical solutions. Wake up to the waves and enjoy the day at the seaside or at the sea. This property is in a beautiful location right on the seafront with its own pier in front of the cottage. Parking just behind the cottage. The cottage is 90 m2. Well-equipped nest cabin with a shipsparket in the living room, loft room and 4 bedrooms make this a place for the whole family. Possibility to rent a boat.

Welcome to Stolpabua! Here you live in rural surroundings just by the sea and the beautiful Jærkysten. We have been using the winter of 2021 to renovate the old cabin that has been here on the farm since 1936. Now we hope our guests will enjoy it here at Brekkekanten as much as we do. Bright and open cabin in rural surroundings,with lake views. Good bolting space for kids with playhouse,sandbox and nice hiking area. Parking down by the road About 100m of gravel path up to the cabin. The ground is somewhat steep in the middle of the trail. Electricity and running water. Altibox TV and broadband. Renovated in 2018,water and sewage in 2019. -letting of bed linen 100 kr per set -laundering 1100 kr
