This newly renovated apartment with its own (free) parking space in the apartment building is within walking distance to the city center (about 10 minutes). 5 minutes to walk to the airport bus. Swimming pond with sea water, sandy beach and bathing jetty by the entrance. Volleyball court, fitness equipment and playground outside the entrance area. Green area around the swimming pond. 150 meters to Coop Prix shop. The apartment has been renovated in 2023 with new floors throughout the apartment, the ceiling and walls have been painted and new Villavent ventilation system.

The apartment is centrally located in Pedersgata, between Stavanger East with Tou Scene and Stavanger city center. Here you have everything in the immediate vicinity; bus stop, airport bus, fast boat, grocery store, pharmacy and several restaurants. The swimming pool, a popular swimming area is in the immediate vicinity. In Svankevigå you can rent a sauna (Smoked, Steam) or kayak, SUP (out in nature AS). There is a nice playground (Hermetic Square) and skate park at Kjelvene. We're talking a 2-5 minute walk.

You are welcome to a cabin finished in 2023. Here you have the perfect starting point for cabin magic all year year. You drive straight into the cabin and park your car safely in the property's large parking lot. Easily room for 3-4 cars. Then just get into a very spacious and functional cabin that has everything one would need of modern comfort and the good cabin coziness. The cabin has a utility area of 141 m² and is well utilized - spacious and practical. A perfect starting point for free and vacation!

Quiet location in Eiganes, the better part of the city. 300 m from airport bus, 15 min. walk to downtown. No traffic noise. Free parking. Separate entrance to kitchen, laundry, bathroom, sauna, hall, spacious living room with sofa, & dining table, cable TV, DVD, wifi, spacious bedroom with double bed and cabinets.
