Family-friendly holiday rentals in Sand Dunes

I thank the host, Marcio, for the days I, my family and friends spent in the house. He was always available to our questions and gave several tips about the city. The house is beautiful, large and spacious, has a TV and air-conditioning in all the rooms. The pool is cleaned all the days and the living area pleased us very much!

I loved staying at Marcelo’s place! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect—quiet and relaxing. Marcelo was super helpful and quick to respond, making the stay even better. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The weekend stay at Marabel's home was great. Great house for large groups and Fabiano and Maria (who work in the house) were always on hand to give tips and help.

Our stay in the house was excellent, as shown in the photos posted. Brunno, the co-host who was always attentive to everything, was quick and clear to any questions. The employee Susana is very friendly, keeping the house tidy and making breakfasts on schedule.

This was my second time renting this house from Pedro for my family. It’s in a great location, close to a number of restaurants, shopping, and beaches. Pedro is very responsive and the house was exactly as described/pictured. We look forward to coming back again soon!

We really enjoyed our stay. The impeccable resort structure, the pool, the garden, all very beautiful and well-maintained. Quiet place, away from the places where there are more people, and consequently more turmoil . Gorgeous view, very comfortable apartment, spacious, air-conditioned rooms, everything well cleaned, and the fully equipped kitchen. The only thing I advise to look at is the period of winds, because we have to cross the dunes to use the beach in front of the apartment, the wind raises the sand and ended up hurting and bringing discomfort, especially for those with the same child was my case, the sand fell in the eyes and generated a bit of stress, but nothing that had prevented from enjoying the beach, it's just an observation. Felipe met all requests quickly and was a good host. We would definitely come back. We really enjoyed it. We were in 6 adults and 3 children, everyone loved it.

I loved my stay at Danuza's place, the house was super beautiful and tidy, my family and I were delighted with the house that is super functional and the best, close to the mall and to several restaurants and bars. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is extremely comfortable, clean, organized and with all the necessary utensils in the kitchen. Host always available. Building very well located and concierge good people. Already thinking about coming back!

My family just loved the house! It's even better than in the photos! And Maria, without comment, an amazing hostess! Always responded quickly and always very much requests. The van goes well on the front street then from to enjoy the quiet beaches as well. Otherwise, we'll be back for sure.

the house is wonderful, very spacious. the living room sofa is amazing fits the whole family and very comfortable, large rooms. beach options less than 10 minutes by car. only detail were the pernilongos that have many and some pigeons that are close to the pool that end up dirtying it. we stayed for a week, we enjoyed it a lot. the Rosa de saron bakery is wonderful and next to it.

The house is amazingly perfect! Everything is clean, organized, cozy, beautiful furniture! We felt at home. There are all the kitchen utensils, son of water that is finished, Alexandre replenishes, he tbm cleans the pool when the guest asks, has blankets in the bedrooms, pillows with clean and smelling pillow, clean and sanitized bath towels, private pool, quiet house, you have all freedom inside and outside. Not to mention that it is very close to the beach of Geribá. Thais always willing to contact the telephone anytime. Who it is, you won't regret it. Congratulations to hosts

Very good space provided by Charles. Orca II condominium is excellent, very close to the beach. The apto has is very comfortable and the host was very kind to us. Accommodation approved!

Wondrous days, sensational place an unforgettable view… the photos can't demonstrate the beauty of the place. The house is impeccable, clean, airy, perfect and complete kitchen for those who love to cook… clean pool, sauna is delicious… everything great… Marise was very attentive and always ready to respond… we certainly wish to return to this paradise!!!

O Alisson (homemade) super helpful, went every day to remove the trash and clean the pool. The super clean and aired house, Glaucia always available and willing to respond to us. Gated community, super quiet. The house is between búzios and Cabo Frio, for us it was perfect!

Super comfortable, spacious, equipped house, terrace with barbecue and swimming pool ideal for families , I would definitely stay there, close to everything quiet and without having the noise and traffic of some praias or Rua das piedra

Spacious and clean house, with a backyard with plants, clean pool, outdoor barbecue.. covered space for 02 cars ... close to the beach and you can walk .. my family liked it and the children loved it ... I have nothing to complain ... if I have another opportunity I will go back there ... would give a note 10 ..
