Holiday rentals with a patio in Sánchez Ramírez Province

I could have left this review in the first 15 minutes!! The host was responsive, gave great directions, and even had someone help me with my car on arrival! The photos don’t do this place justice. It’s a lot bigger and lovely in person. It unravels like a railroad apartment and every room was a pleasant surprise. The stay and area were enchanting. This has been my favorite Airbnb experience so far!

The cleanliness of the house was impeccable, it was noticeable that the care and hygiene of the space were taken very seriously. Overall it was a really nice experience and I felt right at home.”

Our stay at this place in Las Terrenas , Colina al Mar was excellent. Everything was in perfect order and just as described in the listing. The host Camila was very attentive, she was always available to help us with any details that came up during our stay, which made us feel very well cared for. The place is very comfortable, with very nice decor that creates a cozy and relaxing environment. We definitely recommend this place for those who are looking to enjoy Las Terrenas with peace and comfort. We would definitely come back!

Quiet and organized accommodation, it was totally worth it for a 1-night stay. I liked its location, since from there you can easily depart to Las Ballenas and Punta Popy beaches and although we did not have the opportunity to go, we found in the vicinity a variety of restaurants, a mini-market and bars. Excellent treatment of Ysabel and her mother, warm and affable, always attentive since our arrival to everything we could need and they gave my partner and me appropriate recommendations of how to get there and what to do in the area. I would definitely consider it for another time.

The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and it has a lot of space. Cozy, welcoming and clean. Comfortable beds, lots of towels! Carlos is very friendly and keeps checking in, making sure everything is fine.

Perla was wonderful and quick to respond, Jesus the man who takes care of the place was also wonderful and very helpful

The accommodation is beautiful, comfortable, and well spacious for large groups, the beautiful pool and good temperature water, Leonardo and the people who attend the place are very nice and attentive to any detail, I would recommend this villa to have a good time, and as a family I always come back soon🙏🏻.

Beautiful place to stay as a family, we spent Christmas and I loved that they decorated so beautiful and with so many details… I felt at home! Beautiful also super clean, impeccable sheets and towels, the pool is bigger in person.. it's much nicer in person everything… I would only put some darker curtains in the main room, being white woke me up since the sun came up… otherwise I would love it again and the host was always attentive.

Great place to stay very very relaxing and private beautiful home. Jorge and Noel we're great hosts very responsive, attentive and friendly. I would recommend this place for everyone, not to far from the city of Jarabacoa if you want to go out for drinks food or just to experience the locals. Great place to lay back and honestly relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

This apartment surpassed our expectations. It is extremely spacious, looks new inside, and has two great decks overlooking the pool. For anyone wanting to cook, the kitchen is very well stocked with all the essentials. Air con in the bedrooms and main living space woked well. It's just a 2 minute walk to the beach. This is the perfect distance, because properties right on the beach are loud from road noise. Beautiful pool that rarely had anyone in it. It's about a 20-25 minute walk into the heart of town, but there are beach clubs and small restaurants just outside the complex. We would love to go back.

Amazing. Worth the money! Communication was clear, we got many many recommendations. Check in and out was a dream and the area is perfect. 20min away from the beach by foot and the city is 20min away via car. Very secluded area and you can really enjoy yourself. Would recommend and come back.

We had an amazing stay at Margaret’s condo with our family of five! The unit was equipped with everything we needed—washing machine, dryer, BBQ, beach chairs, and all the essential kitchen appliances. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, and the pool is absolutely amazing. Margaret, the owner, and the property manager, Eduardo were incredibly accessible and responsive, always available to answer any questions we had. Their attentiveness and care made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

We stayed at this beautiful condo for an extended period of time and loved it. It is well decorated, clean, and has amazing views from all balconies and the roof top. The condo is at Playa Ballenas, walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and the town activities with shopping and more bars and restaurants. You can walk on the beautiful beach for many miles. The roof top is great for bbq, relaxing, dining, people watching and sunset. The complex property, pools, and staff are all very welcoming. The beach in front of the property is big, has many palm trees for shade, and the complex provides lounge chairs. There’s a Starlink for faster internet. Nelson is very friendly and quickly responds to inquiries. We will stay here again.

Loved it, very clean. The place is centrally located, I liked everything, and above all, it's quiet.

Spectacular! The apartment has all the amenities, steps from the beautiful beach, very quiet and nice view from the terrace. We loved it!
