Waterfront holiday rentals in San Vito Lo Capo

The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to the city center and many restaurants. It was also a great base for exploring the Trapani area. The space itself was clean, spacious, and had a good shower which is important to me. Parking is available a 5-10 minute walk away, and while it’s not that expensive, be sure to bring cash coins to pay for it! Restaurants nearby are not really willing to change. The host was amazing—responsive and full of helpful tips. Overall, a great stay with a convenient location and comfortable amenities.

The place was perfect, everything as described in the advertisement. Communication with Guiseppe was great, he showed us everything on site and was always available. We will definitely come back again.

We were hosted by Fabio very well. Fabio had drinks in the fridge for our arrival . The apartment is very clean and in a quiet location but close to the sea and town. We felt great in this place. Very easy for check-in and check-out thanks to this code box. Thanks to Fabio

Great stay, excellent communication and information from Vitalba. Perhaps a little noisy in the evenings with coming and goings. Cable car to Erice worth a visit and boat trip to the islands a good day out. However overall, good time had.

We had a wonderful time. We really enjoyed the sea view and the beautiful Italy autumn light and sun. Great large kitchen with sea views. And right with a top-notch fish market around the corner. We also highly recommend our "house bar" Camio for a sundowner. There was also a lot of space for four in the apartment. Katia was always there for us.

on a whim we decided to visit Trapani, and glad we found Alessandro's place available. beautiful sunrise and sunset from the rooftop. in a nice walkable area with plenty of options for food and drinks. would visit again.

Beautiful apartment with 2 bathrooms (very convenient for 4 people) directly on the beach, with 2 terraces and 1 outdoor shower (convenient if you come from the beach), all very clean and convenient. As a welcome gift, a bottle of sparkling wine, icetee and water in the fridge was waiting for us.😊 Thanks very much. 🫶Check-in and accessibility was easy & fast. There is a minimark nearby with local products and nice vendors Franco😊. The sandy beach is fantastic with its backdrop. We fully recommend it and would come back any time. We had a wonderful time at Vincenza's place. The location (3 mins walk from the beach), the view, the terrace, the nice kitchen, and a great taste for the furniture. On top of that Vincenza was really nice. It was by far the nicest place we visited in Sicily.

The stay at Maria's apartment was very pleasant. Everything in the apartment was very clean. Maria decorated the apartment very lovingly. Beautiful, large and practical kitchen, everything available, is fun to cook there. Great view from the terrace. The terrace is also very nicely designed. Exactly for those who want peace and quiet and want to unwind. Maria is very personable and a person of heart. She was very discreet, always accessible for questions and gave us good tips. When you arrive at Alessio’s place you find an very clean & cosy home. The location, close to the beach and a short walk to the town center make for an easy stay. The simple furnishings both inside & out are perfect for a beach holiday. The outside space is large enough to feel private & roomy. The addition of air conditioning is a great bonus not always found. Staying at a place so close to the beach that you hear the waves, especially at night, is a lovely experience. Alessio is very kind, a good communicator & a really lovely host.

Patrizia and her family (Elio and Maria Laura) were simply delicious. From the beginning, they made us feel an extraordinary welcome. They have always been available to support and inform. The day we had to leave the property not only offered to keep our suitcases but even Elio and Maria Laura took us for a walk to the Trapani salt flats. When we had to take the bus to Agrigento, Elio returned our suitcases to the port. In addition to the service that is no small amount. We were very surprised, positively, by their availability, their kindness and hospitality. I highly recommend Patrizia's structure. When we return to Trapani, this will undoubtedly be the structure we will choose with our eyes closed. Thank you very much Patrizia, Elio and Maria Laura. You are simply magnificent !!!

We were traveling with a baby and loved this apartment. The view from it is absolutely gorgeous and you have countless of great restaurants only a few minutes walking distance away. The apartment is very clean and it has everything you need. We have to particularly stress how nice and helpful the hosts have been. Whenever we had a question they answered it within only a few minutes. We needed something for our baby and they organized it on the same day. And they even organized an airport transfer for us. Definitely a recommendation!

We had a great time. Andrea and his wife are very charming and very welcoming. Always attentive. The accommodation and its surroundings are very nice, comfortable and fresh. We did not test the pool as we prefer the sea which is walkable in 2 minutes! I recommend this very quiet little corner!!!

Very clean and tidy house. Everything new and super comfortable. Luca took care to write to us every day, very helpful and serious, although we didn't need anything. The area is convenient to amenities and the sea. We will definitely be back

Located in pedestrian only old town, Giovanni’s home was perfectly located and close to everything to see and do in Trapani. We have a car and paid parking in a garage was close by and easily accessible. The apartment is very comfortable and well appointed. Giovanni’s communication was excellent. We highly recommend staying here.

Nice apartment in a residential area of Trapani. The apartment is big, clean and some roosm as the bathroom is super nice. The parking is big and you have a lot of flexibility during the arrival. We stayed two days to visit Favignana and if you have this purpose o can only recommend the apartment.

Angela was a very kind host! She has welcomed us very warmly. Communication with Angela was very pleasant and easy. She recommends us for the evening right down on the beach to visit the pizzeria, which was really great and certainly the best pizza of the whole holiday! We liked the apartment and the terrace even better as this was visible from the photos. It was very clean, the kitchen was equipped with everything necessary. Also the bathroom, which also had a washing machine. All around it was a great apartment with a great and quiet location, a few meters away from the center of Balestrate. It was also great that the apartment was a few meters away from the beach, so you could also enjoy a nice sunset on the beach with a beer or wine. If we decide again for a few days in Balestrate, we would not hesitate and would immediately like to stay with Angela again in the apartment!

We had a lovely stay at Mediterranea Domus 1 while climbing in the San Vito Lo Capo area. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and everything worked perfectly. Andrea was a fantastic host—quick to respond to our questions and very helpful throughout our stay. In December, we had no trouble finding parking just around the corner from the apartment, which was very convenient.

The apartment is nice and spacious, not a bunch of clutter, very clean, we had breakfast & dinner on the balcony each evening, and it was fairly easy to use the washer and dryer. Neomi and Fabio were super helpful and so friendly. It was a joy to chat with them.
