Lovely stay just outside the center of Gubbio, a huge apartment, in fact we were all 7 of us. The host has provided helpful guidance on how and where to get around the city, including a hiking trail, busiest clubs, and folkloric events. A breakfast was also provided with packaged products, basic but satisfactory, we really appreciated it. For the rest, nothing to report, the apartment presented itself as per the directions and the perfect welcome.

We had an excellent week in the accommodation whose services are really of quality. The environment is sublime, stunning views from the logge and from the pool. Absolute calm, very clean and well-equipped apartment, upon arrival a breakfast basket was provided, as well as a bottle of prosecco. Very nice touches after a long drive. The area is beautiful and the perfect location for visiting the main towns nearby. In addition, Andrea who has taken care of us has always been extremely responsive and enthusiastic. We highly recommend! Perfectly suited for a family.

We had a wonderful time! Beautiful farmhouse in a peaceful setting. Alessandra and Enrico were very friendly and responsive. The beds were very comfortable, and our daughter enjoyed the yard and the farm animals a lot! We would highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a quiet retreat. Rental car is essential.

Charming, quiet country setting full of peaceful hikes and relaxation. Ilonka and Rob provide a lovely environment with all necessary amenities, with attention to detail. Arezzo and Assisi are both with an hours drive, Cortana a bit further. We departed our stay fully recharged. Highly recommended for those looking for time away from the pace of today. Deepest gratitude to Ilonka and Rob for their hospitality.

Oystein's place in Bolsena is wonderful. Each of the 4 levels has been tastefully designed to be flexible to accommodate a range of sleeping options. Quality features throughout in a superb location. The house is clean and very comfortable with wonderful artwork. The large dining table was great for our family gathering. Wonderful views from the rooftop balcony, which, alongside the other 2 balconies give options for finding a colling breeze (and possibly also a warming spot in the sun in winter). Oystein is an organised and accommodating host who is quick to respond. it was a real pleasure to stay here in this amazing part of Italy.

We stayed at the house one night to go the next day from albus alpaca, the location is perfect, just 5 minutes from the farm, and about thirty minutes from Montalcino. Upon our arrival we found the heaters on and we had a great time despite the cold outside, the house was clean and kept in perfect condition. Simonetta was kind and helpful, I would go back

We stayed at the property for 8 days at the end of September. Federica, the location, the house, the complex around the house were unique and very nice! We felt very comfortable from the first day. A supermarket and several restaurants are easily accessible by car. Frederica is a great host and problems solved her and her husband quickly. We had brief problems with the toilet flush, hot water supply and heating - all topics were resolved in a timely manner. Close to the property is the train station Orte, from there there is a train to Rome several times, I can only recommend that. Cheap, on time (not like the DB) and Rome is a force! Accommodation is recommended and we would book again in case we get back to the region.

We had a lovely stay for 3 nights in Panzano in Chianti. The home was very quiet and peaceful, with beautiful views of surrounding hills and valleys. We stayed at the end of a more urban-focused trip in Italy, and it was wonderful to stay in Panzano and breathe clean air, drink great Chianti, and eat very good food. The hosts were communicative, and helped us with questions, and a good guidebook to the local region was provided. I'd stay there again if I get back to Italy.

While looking for a place to stay it’s often difficult to choose. If we had known how fabulous this place was it would have been a no brainer! We all agreed that this is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in on all of our travels. Massimiliano was a delight and so personable. He made excellent suggestions one being having a cooking lesson. If you have a chance ask for Francesca! The BEST! One last thing…we left with amazing recommendations for the next part of our trip. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We spent a glorious and relaxing week at Sarchianello and could not recommend it more. The location was perfect for day trips to local places like Siena and Montalcino, and it was the ideal place to return to for an evening of eating and drinking. We loved this place. The grandmother welcomed us and she was such a nice lady! There is a lot of space for the kids to play and the view from the swimming pool with the sunsets is amazing! It’s an ideal place to visit some villages in the neighborhood during the day and to relax at the end of the day at the pool. We would love to come back a bit longer!
